Coconut oil before bleach is a lifesaver I've never had curl pattern damage. I leave the coconut oil in my hair for at least 3 days before I bleach my hair, also known as the coconut oil bleaching method.
Yes I leave it in without washing it out. I keep it in a high bun so the oil isn't rubbing on my skin. I sleep with a plastic caps on my head and a towel so it's not all over my bed and stuff.

When I feel like my curl pattern is damaged or going flat I leave it in my hair for half and hour to a full hour with a plastic bag wrap over it. I wash (usually shampoo really good or maybe twice) normally and style. I know it sounds nasty but I promise it's legit

I personally haven't tried it yet, but mashed up banana and avocado or good protein masks and avocado is just great for the hair because the natural oils it gives off. I have tried and still do the rice water process of rinsing from time to time and that really does leave the hair feeling oh so nice and looking of so healthy and shiny nice. Lol

I had effed up my curl pattern by trying to go too many shades lighter without using Olaplex. I know better now, but my curl pattern was almost STRAIGHT. these gelped.
I mix Aztec clay, Apple cider vinegar, and a tiny bit of oil and mix it until it's a watery paste. Make sure your hair is wet when doing it. Leave it on until it's dry. Worked for me, but it smells HORRIBLE. Lol. Use a deep conditioner afterwards. My fave is Shea Moisture's Manuka Honey dc. Also, when my hair feels dry, I mix water and aloe vera juice and spray it on. Aloe Vera is a MIRACLE WORKER!

They sometimes try and recommend products that have parabens,non soluble silicones,strong sulfates,I know is our option to use them,but I would like they to recommend healthy products for curly girls. Personally my routine is all about clean products but yesterday I had to use a conditioner with parabens and my hair didn't react good,because my hair is not use to that.

Now I'm not trying to say anything bad about it because it probably does work for some people. For my sister on the other hand, she has a sensitive scalp, and wavy hair and when she tried it to restore the thickness of her hair and to make her hair longer.... For the first week she started seeing pimples and rashes on her scalp and also hair loss ... So I implore you people with sensitive scalp or sensitive hair be careful with this product.
Hey girl! I have spoken with a few people that have had this same problem (not from the Ovation Cell Therapy but just in general), if this happens to her again, make sure to check if she is properly cleansing her scalp (with sulfates or an actual shampoo). Pimples and hair loss is a sign of clogged follicles and build up, which creates hair loss. Definitely check out the products you or your sister are using because a large part of that might have been build up along with using the product. I hope this helps!! Just wanted to share some personal tips and tricks because hair loss can be devastating :(

Avocado x olive oil, or use Mayonnaise, but the results will come after at least 4 months,it will depend on how damage your hair are actually, and keep your hair as moisturize as possible (WATER !) ,if you want to wash your hair ,put shampoo only on your roots 🙂 that definitely worked for me

So many questions because yours is the first official non-infomercial I've seen. Are those pencil width spiral curls truly natural or did you have a perm? How soon did you see results & where first (roots or ends)? I'm actually Caucasian/Native-American (Blackfoot & Cherokee). I had one inch wide spiral curls naturally but something happened after I had brain surgery. I only had a 3 inch section up the center of my head shaved & the surgery/medications were not for cancer. 2 months after surgery I got a pixie-short bob cut to look like Kerry Russell when she cut her hair short at the end of the show "Felicity." After the cut MY HAIR WOULD NOT CURL! They gave me a few Keratin Straightening Treatments which fixed my texture for a few weeks. I have had Q-tip like hair since 2002 and want to know if Ovations could fix my hair. One of my African-American friends said she loved my hair because it looks & feels like cotton... I don't want to look like a human Q-tip any longer.... Can you help.
