I could be wrong..but it looks like an allis-chalmers or simplicity tiller that's been adapted to fit on a 3pt. Definitely looks like the guy that put it together made it simple and strong!
I thought it was a bad idea after turning up that little bit of driveway I did... but the rain has got to it since then and I've decided to do the whole driveway. The stones are back up to the surface (and clean) which is way better than the mud and puddles that form on the hardpack dirt.
