Wow I burst into tears at 38.00. Angels see us on pedastals because we are the spark of God.
Lorna is a beautiful being, and I love her message and her loving energy. Ultimately, I've found that ACIM is summed up in workbook lesson # 2, "I give everything... all the meaning it has for me." Angels, Holy Spirit, God... to me... are labels that are lovely to use and which anchor our beliefs in an Energy of Love which need not be labelled. 'Cause words are but symbols of symbols twice removed from the reality of Love.

Indeed Lorna is a gift to so many and perhaps a real saint. Thank you for this interview. But, I feel compelled to reply about the words of Mr. Perry, specifically when he shared "... we are big believers in the plan." OMG, the spiritual path is a solitary journey, no matter how close one is to another. Please, when you attempt to speak for others in such a way you come off as a member of a cult. It is doubtful you are but this is the strong impression you leave. I do not say this as a spiritual neophyte. I came to Eastern mysticism at the age of 18. I have traveled on spiritual pilgrimage to India on a dozen occasions. I have been blessed with numerous mystical experiences kicking off at the age of 13. Please never speak for someone else's spiritual beliefs or their spiritual journey, cut the umbilical cord.
Hi Ty. This is Emily, Robert’s wife. He was simply speaking for me. We are big believers in the plan. I don’t think it’s unusual or culty to use the word “we” when speaking of your own spouse.
@@CircleOfAtonement Dear Emily. Thank you for your reply. I shared my response to the optics I perceived of Robert's words. Of course we all have our particular "Point Of View", POV. And who I am to suggest that your bond with your life partner is not so deep and profound where one can speak for the other. Your relationship is really none of my business. I just share the optics from my POV. But from my perspective it has been my deep experience that we each have our own path, independent of another soul, however close one may be to this other. I also come from a deeply scarring upbringing with a profoundly dominant and, in her deeper psyche, disturbed mother. It has been a large part of my spiritual life plan to find my autonomy in the reformation of my own recovery of said self. Didn't Lorna state in this video that she does NOT move from a place of registering to a belief system? I have been blessed to be in the presence of highly spiritually advanced and highly "boundaried", if that is a word, individuals, (read autonomous). I have seen how they move with utter detachment while remaining in service. I was given the gift of spiritual discernment in this life. I see what I see. I love this quote from the Sting song, "Soul Cages". Toward the end of the song he shares the lyric, "Men go crazy in congregations. They only get better one by one." It is my personal experience to have followed the imperative to walk the path of solitude where conceptions of self and ownership, by way of utter intensity, fall away. We each have our own spiritual prescription. But I would caution anyone to find the inner alignment, the absolute place of resonance within that is beyond words and any sort of doctrine. That place of deeper inner alignment is so uniquely personal and beyond the reach of any other living soul....as the path is ultimately a solitary journey.
Lets do it! No matter where we are at, each of us stop a moment and send a prayer of peace from our heart...❤

Although I've left the Circle of Atonement communtiy, I'm pleased as punch you were able to schedule an interview with Lorna. Congrats to all around!
Can you say why you left? I Came Upon circle of atonement a few days ago and was excited about the first couple of videos I watched. Since then I've heard lots of things that give me can uneasy feeling, especially Robert's politics creeping in. And overall I don't think ACIM in general is lining up with NDE accounts.
@@christopherjordan9707 I didn’t take well to having my posts constantly scrutinized for possible violations of thought/ideas. By that I mean there seemed to be a rather narrow channel of approved thinking which clashed repeatedly with my own ideas. I was a community host on Howard Rheingold’s Electric Minds and I was used to free wheeling conversations and, as a host, the only time I’d step in was if things were deemed becoming a shitstorm. So, in short, I like Circle of Atonement and many of the community members. I did not like having my own posts constantly scrutinized for possible violations of “group thought.” Let me add I absolutely love Emily and Robert for their work and am always impressed with their TH-cam contributions. I wish it were free or cheaper to go to the sanctuary so everyone could go
I wish they had asked why she is able to see and hear God and the angels while most people do not. And if there is some way to learn to see and hear their voices. And I wonder why it is that everybody that is able to at least hear positive loving voices (being the angels or whatever) like her and psychics, mediums and channelers, they usually don't seem to experience any negative voices (beings) just positive ones. And many of them deny that there is such a thing as demons, while there are a ton of groups on FB filled with people hearing and dealing with these negative ones. And are fallen angels just another name for the negative ones that some call demons? I've experienced the negatives ones for years. Sure would be nice to learn how to see and hear the good ones instead. It baffles me as to why some can only hear the good ones, while others of us are stuck with the bad ones.
Lorna has said in her books and in other interviews that she doesn’t know how she is able to see and hear angels. We assume it’s a gift cultivated over many lifetimes but no way to know for sure. As to negative voices/fallen angels, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing that. There are ways to reach Lorna through her website, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that with any presence-physical or not-it’s all about what we let in. Sending you love. 💕
Not "we have a soul" Rather we are a soul, we have a body.
I liked this talk but I'm curious what makes you think she really has this gift. She says common sense things about angels that I think we all know already. Doesn't the course say we never really left God but she said she talked with Him? There are just questions I have, I know people are born with a gift like this. I will eventually read her book. :)
I would really encourage you to read her book--I'm thinking of her first one: Angels in My Hair. That's the best way to evaluate. The book is full of stories where the angels tell her, often repeatedly, about things she could not have known through normal means; for instance, things that have not happened yet. Then it's a question of whether she's lying. I have thought a lot about this, because I do think there are authors in similar situations who are lying, but I don't think she is. There is something very transparent and straightforward about her. Also, I find that the invisible world she paints feels very three-dimensional and realistic. The angels have the complexity of real characters; they don't feel like cardboard cutouts. Also, the invisible world she paints has an unmistakable goodness about it. Finally, her experience of angels intersects at so many points with what the Course says about angels. That's a topic I've studied and I'm struck by the detailed similarities. All in all, yeah, I buy it. But like I said, if you want to make up your own mind, you need to read at least that first book. Then you can sift through this question for yourself.

Everyone, just have more faith in God. Take it at face value. Pray and believe. Anything is possible with prayer. Just accept and believe. Don’t look to others to strength your faith. She seems very sincere and is a lovely person. You need to believe even though you are not seeing angels. We all have our gifts that God has given to us. God has not shown her hell, but he showed the children of Fatima. Like our Lady of Fatima said, prayer is a weapon. Same words Lorna has just used. We will all know the many wonderful things that heaven has in store for us one day. I guarantee, in less that 90 years, all of those who are reading this right now will know. Pray, treat everyone as you would want to be treated and trust.
