Can’t wait for this one. Atalanta is one of the most badass heroes there are and it’s amazing to finally see a retelling of her instead of ANOTHER Heracles or Theseus one, like she’s got such a rich mythology and characterization and i’m glad people will finally notice her

I was looking for an early review of Atalanta, having just read Elektra and LOVED IT (as a newbie to greek mythology, like i've read the illiad and the odyssey when i was 12 so i don't remember much). So i was looking for someone who had read Elektra and loved it too, and WOW i'm so happy i've found your channel!! I first learned of the goddess Artemis and of the mortal Atalanta via Edith Hamilton's basic mythology book where they are well presented. I greatly look forward to reading this novel therefore. It may well enrich my appreciation of this feminine mystique
