Saul's culture has a lot of spicy food but even white-bread-only folks don't struggle with paprika so maybe you're thinking of cayenne or chilli powder?
The level 3 recipe isn't actually all that technical this time and I know for a fact my daughter would be obsessed with it. Might have to give it a try, looks delicious!
