It's VICK. I was introduced in 1985 when he opened for the Monkees at the California State Fair. My son was ten and loved the Monkees, Al blew them out of the water as far as I was concerned. I've been to eight concerts to date and have tickets for next summer's tour. My best advice is to always watch the original first so that you can pick up the sight gags. On Michael Jackson's Bad "Fat", Al had access to the original set! For "Eat It" they had permission to recreate the set.
One little touch I enjoy is the three yearbook pages. Al's face is in the same place with the same orientation in each one. No matter what else is going on on that page, your eye goes straight to Al. 😊😊😊

The celeb cameo at the beginning (d&d section) was Seth Green (Robot Chicken, Buffy , etc). But Donny Osmond cracks me up.

It's VICK. I was introduced in 1985 when he opened for the Monkees at the California State Fair. My son was ten and loved the Monkees, Al blew them out of the water as far as I was concerned. I've been to eight concerts to date and have tickets for next summer's tour. My best advice is to always watch the original first so that you can pick up the sight gags. On Michael Jackson's Bad "Fat", Al had access to the original set! For "Eat It" they had permission to recreate the set.

"Foil" is one of my Favourite Weird Al parodies, after White and Nerdy.
He has lots of great stuff, but in addition to song parodies, he also has some really great "style parodies" where he imitates a band's style or a certain type of song. One of my favorites in this category is the "Sports Song", which is a generic college fight song, but really hilarious. Another such song is "Hardware Store", which tends to leave jaws on the ground with one particular part.
