I like some of Vivek Pandey's advice such as 'your time will come don't get discouraged by seeing others succeed', 'ratt na nahi samjhiye' , 'har decision perfect nahi hota', 'adarshvadi mat baniye', 'samajhdar baniye', 'vyavaharik uttar dijiye' , 'bina soche likh nahi sakte' , 'apne karm ko dharm jesa kijiye parinam se bahut jyada mat jodiye', etc. Very humble officer.
