    I did learn this particular masala powder recipe from 2 friends and each one of them was different!
    But yours is unique 👌

      The great thing about Chai Masala is that you can customise it to suit your tastes. Recently I have come to like cardamom more so I have reduced the ginger power and increased the cardamom! You can add more black pepper to make it spicer too! Enjoy 😉

    I like The way you made the tea masala. Looks so tasty. Every time when I make masala tea I grind the spices freshly and I add ginger too. I add mint but I never used lemon grass. I tell try with the lemon grass when I get the chance to buy lemon grass. I like you. I’m sure you are not from India. I’m from Ceylon but living in Canada. I think you are from some parts of U S A. Wishing the very best for 2021. Take are and stay safe. 🙏💕🇨🇦

      Thank you so much! I'm from the UK but lived in the USA for over 20 years. Yes, lemongrass tastes delicious in chai, you must try it. Also, I find grinding the spices in a small amount like this allows them to blend together and give a better flavour. Try it and see if you like it.
      I've been to Ceylon. It's a beautiful place.
      I appreciate that you like me 😊 Please share my videos with your friends and family. I'm here to teach everyone all types of dishes, Indian and non-Indian! But all delicious! Thanks again!

    Hard to find whole mace. What name should I look for at the Jndian grocery store?

    • @MilhaanHome
      @MilhaanHome  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for asking this question! Mace is sold in Indian shops under the name JAVENTRI. It is very strong, so don’t add too much!😊

    How long do we boil for in total?

    • @MilhaanHome
      @MilhaanHome  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Boil with tea mix & spices for 2-3 minutes so the flavour can develop. After adding milk & mint just bring to a boil & boil for just 30 seconds to a minute. Strain & enjoy ☺️

      You can dry-fry on the stovetop for sure. You don’t have to use a microwave. I hope you still try it🙏🏽
