TH-cam is a great platform to build a community under your niche and show them your mastery in that field. It creates credibility and curiosity as well for them to check your much detailed and paid masterclasses. Despite being a common strategy, only a few can really pull this off.

I've watched a ton of your videos and love your approach to this kind of work. I'm curious, what platform do you use to stay organized with both client work and managing your own online products and content creation?
Your content is so well thought out without any puffery. You cover so much ground. One thing I haven’t found that I’m very curious about is, how marketing managers are evaluated. We all know it takes a while sometimes for campaigns to provide ROI. When I’m selling social marketing services to clients, this is the place where I get stuck. They want to know a timeframe before signing. Can you give us your thoughts on this? It would be extremely helpful.
This is a good question that I also am curious to find out the answers on.
Love all your content, I just let your channel play in the background as I am working... Definitely grab all the gems you drop! Content marketing is new as I am a wealth management firm, and traditionally we do not do this. Very old and traditional... so thank you!

*influencer marketing* is quite the effective method, and not much known to many. The technique revolves around influencer collaboration which can be hard to do and you may need to use collab tools such as *phlanx* or the like to get started quick, but once you're able to find the optimal one for your market,. the returns are rewarding

Hello Latasha, thank you so much for your valuable content 🙏🏼🤍 I hope you’ll see this message because I’m a little bit lost. I have a question but don’t know who to ask. I just started working as a Social Media Manager for a startup in pre launch phase, 20h/week. During the first week I had to catch up with all the platforms, softwares, paperwork etc. I started working on their Social Media strategy (and doing research on their target audience and competition because it hasn’t been done fully yet). And on the Saturday (at the end of my first week, before I was able to finish the strategy), I was told we needed to start posting and that I had to provide 30 posts (in seven days of work = 28h). Is that normal? They didn’t even develop their visual branding nor marketing strategy yet. I feel a little lost and providing these 30 posts in such a small amount of time is beyond what I can do. But I question myself; should I be able to create posts so quickly??? Please help, this situation makes me feel incompetent and overwhelmed..
Oh and I forgot to say, they want those posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. And want to add TikTok soon.
