I decided to make another challenge video. This time I will be trying to land the heaviest Boeing 747 in the world in a flight simulator called X-Plane 11. It might even be the heaviest plane in the world!

1. Tires are blown because the brakes overheated from that rollout
2. The strut seals are all ruined from the weight of the touchdown, so now hydraulic fluid is pissing out of each gear strut
3. Wing spars are ruined from the wingflex at touchdown

The real question is how did you manage to even find a runway long enough to takeoff on?

This is one of the reasons why I'm fond of planes. It's so fascinating how really big planes with really long and wide wings take off and land.

X-Plane 11 does not appear to be too fussy about landing gear loads - the initial undershoot with extreme sink rate just resulted in a bounce with the landing gear intact. Any undershoot like this would have been a spectacular crash!
The go-around was very poorly executed. You just stagger out with full flaps and gear extended! The rudimentary procedure for almost aircraft is: Max Power, Takeoff Flaps (at least reduced flaps according to flap schedule) and Gear Up on positive climb rate.
That sound at 0:26 as it touched down sounded like the largest dinosuar that ever lived
