i think you compressed the se7 too much dude. Otherwise it's a damn close tie between the se7 and the akg in my opinion. Do you think maybe you could have taken back a little compression with that se7 so it could breathe a little better ?
Great video Mark! One small note and my two cents: Any mic can sound good flat. The real test is when you start adding EQ. That's when the price point might start to show up and move the needle. BTW, your AKG C451 is dialed. Sounds like a record.
