- The standards for beauty today are widely varied, ever-changing, and quite frankly-unattainable. Even the woman we'd think is the most beautiful in the room, may be picking herself apart in the mirror. How can we find a genuine and secure self-admiration that isn't fleeting or fictitious? We hope this episode, with my friend Nava, will inspire your beautiful self.

Getting older has really been eye opening, feeling my looks fade for lack of a better term… it’s helping me realize just how silly excessive vanity and surface value is
Excessive and often now expensive!

Wow this actually showed me how I was stuck in a wrong way of thinking and brought breakthrough. Thank you!
Amen how amazing!!
Beautifully said especially with social media in todays society, everyone is usually filled with beauty standards. It is important to take care of ones self, however if it does become obsession then there is usually problems.
So on time, just removed the mirror from my room and when I looked at myself after awhile I looked so beautiful.
🥲 how lovely! It’s refreshing
This really blessed me. Thank you and thank you Jesus ❤
I've been thinking about a similar thing! My hair color is now brown because I had it dyed. I'm also using gray contact lenses to look more Western since I'm Asian. Lately, I believe God's been telling me to go back to my natural hair color (black) and eye color (dark brown) so that I can fully appreciate the way He created me. Thank you for this podcast, ladies!
Wow, how beautiful when we let God speak into our design. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much Christian and Nava❤

I love Nava! Just so you know, during this video… certain words that Nava said were clipped so you couldn’t hear what she said at the end of certain sentences. :)
