▫️1 cup grated coconut
▫️1 cup grated Jaggery
▫️1 tbsp sugar
▫️dryfruits (optional)
▫️1 tbsp cardamom powder
⚪️ Ingredients for modak’s outer layer:-
▫️1 cup Water
▫️1 tbsp Ghee
▫️salt as per taste
▫️1 cup Rice Flour
