Max, you're one a brave man for doing your own engine work; however, there are not many great ways to turn an old 240DL into the 70V Turbo Wagon .....!!!!
Just kidding with you Max, but yes all the good people out there need to "like" and "subscribe" .....!!!! Who would ever thought that "World dominance" could be achieved by a Volvo.

Where did you run your intercooler? Behind the grill? Also what about the mass air flow sensor did you run the intercooled hose to it? Im currently starting my build on my 84

MAF goes to the intake manifold via a vacuum line and intercooler is behind the lower bumper valence.
