@@dudleyvasausage7879 for all the abnormal people who don't like mustard, was just saying a lot of the famous pit masters use peanut oil, vegetable oil because they are neutral binders and sorry you can taste mustard if you don't like it, everyone is different that's why we all cook differently

late to the convo but i'm doing this recipe now i'm using hickory at about 250 and most definitely can be done on pellet
