I went through so much as a kid that affected me mentally when those repressed things started to surface back in my life. It affected my mental health a lot. I'd suggest you watch the Q&A videos (Anna's parts are on her channel) maybe get Anna's book (Anna Blue- secret Diary) and watch "Angel". Maybe in exactly that set-up because Angel makes more sense when you read the book.
