    My baby is a heavy wetter and I use bambino mio with a hemp insert. Works well for us 😊

    I have purchased 16 of the Bambino Mino nappies from Aldi. This is my first time using reusable nappies. I'm hoping my second baby will be a light wetter now!! I will be purchasing a few more different types as well. Kind of regret buying so many of the same one now!

      Don't worry! You can always add a booster or as a last resort, sell them on 🥰

    My little one is a heavy wetter so always use a little lamb bamboo boaster if we go out, just so we getter that bit longer out of the nappy.

    Tesco currently is selling Bambino Mio all in ones for about £6 each on clearance in case anyone is looking for them new in the UK! Most of our stash is pre loved but we got a couple new as couldn't resist at that price, and a couple of our pre loved don't have too much life left in them so will need replacing eventually x

    Today was the first day I tried out using the bambino mio nappies after being skeptical but interested in cloth nappies for a while. So far it’s been okay and I’m surprised at how dry that they leave his skin ( thought cloth nappies would just leave him really wet). I’ve just ordered a different type for nights as he soaks through multiple disposable nappies every night so I doubt these will be sufficient as he leaked through one during a long nap.

    • @aboderie
      @aboderie  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great! Yes, Bambino Mio have a fleecy stay dry layer against baby's skin so that will help with the nice dry feeling! I hope your nighttimes go well!

    How do you think the covers would work with fitted inners? Do you think there would still be leaks?

    • @aboderie
      @aboderie  ปีที่แล้ว

      Neither of these nappies would work over a fitted nappy unfortunately! If you'd like recommendations for covers that will work with fitted nappies then I have a whole video about nighttime nappies where I talk a lot about fitted nappies ☺️

    Hey great video, I’ve been using bambino mio at night for my 3 year old son who hasn’t night trained yet and some nights it’s great but he’s leaked a few times too.. I was wondering what inserts you’d recommend? I’ve bought quite a few of them so I would rather find a way to make them work 🙈
    Also I’m a mama TH-camr too and would love to be friends 😊❤️

    • @aboderie
      @aboderie  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello! You'll definitely be best off with a natural fibre booster, hemp ideally but bamboo or cotton would also work fine. Thirsties and kit and kin both do great hemp boosters so I would start there 🥰 and I've subscribed to your channel!

    Thanks for the encouragement of using cloth nappies in the video,love you're doing it very nicely!
    However i'm doing cloth backward,since i've tried many types and styles of nappies for my first 8years ago,and then converted to AIO when cloth diapering 2 (a baby &a toddler) simultaneously but using mostly US brands AIO(mainstream&WAHM). But my last nappy shopping maybe back in 2017/18. So now having my third,she's already 14month old,and just realized there are many UK & Aussie great nappies quality & brands out there! 😅
    So recently i tried Tickle Tots(completely backward since it has velcro!,and other UK&AU brands non mainstream brands too),with added hemp booster,and now wondering,since you've mentioned TickleTots AIO absorbency equal to Tots Bots Easy Fit Star,when TickleTots is fully bamboo,and TotsBots using Microfibre sandwiched between bamboo layers. So they do have similar absorbency,but maybe Totsbots have tendency to leak due to compression compared to Tickletots? Sorry for the long essay just to ask this question though 😂😂 Just curious since there is some store selling the Easyfit Star on discount way cheaper that Tickletots,i might want to try couples of them but was bummed to know it has microfibre in it 😅😅
    But maybe great for a new cloth parents wants to find this great deal to try up since it seems to have a very good quality,or still great when paired with hemp booster.
    Thanks Innes! 😘

    • @aboderie
      @aboderie  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! So glad you've found the videos helpful. Yes you're right that the Easyfit might have more tendency to leak because of compression, but the absorbency overall is similar to Tickle Tots. If you like Tickle Tots I'd say the Easyfit is definitely worth trying, especially if you can get them on discount ☺

      @@aboderie it was a 'special deal' rather than standard stock...they are good for a basic but I prefer pimpam in general but want to try two in one but don't know where to start with them but washing wise they make sense! also can I ask you do disposable liners have a point? they seem to make my little one damper and spread poo around she is 5 months

    • @aboderie
      @aboderie  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I love pim pam! I'll do a video on all in twos - great idea 🥰 disposable liners... They won't do anything to keep little one feeling dry and before a baby is on solid food I think they just add mess. Once your baby is weaning, they can help for disposing of poo easily, but even then I've always preferred fleece liners. I'd suggest trying fleece ones to see if you like those!
