Sansung, I wanted to make a suggestion, even though it's unlikely that you will respond to my request. I would love for you to make a smartphone with a 4.0 inch screen approximately, with more current configurations. I know the trend is to make larger screens, but a little compatibility for old times would be nice. If it were cheaper, more people would be able to buy it and it wouldn't be sold so little. That's my suggestion.
Ok let me tell me about one of my absolute favorite galaxy experiences it's when sometimes when I leave the phone with TH-cam app open and the video is over sometimes when the video runs out it will turn off screen and some other time it just won't so that way you never know so it happened that it will go for an hour without turning off. is that one of those features that improve quality of experiences for your customers? Because I'm not enjoying the feature and it's not good for AMOLED screens is it ?
Why do your phones become unusable if the user lets the battery die (get to 0%). I bought a phone 2 months ago, and it's now a glorified paperweight since it won't charge after the battery died. And before you say anything, the charging port is clean, the charger is in perfect condition, and I've the "forced restart" thing multiple times to no avail.

You basically become a slave to your device, and that doesn't strike you as odd? In days gone by, your phone would simply power off if the charge was too low, and you would just plug in your charger, and the phone would actually charge (crazy concept). Now you risk bricking your phone and losing all of your data if don't keep it charged? How is that even legal?

The UI feels cheap and clunky. The all icons, the 3 icons at the bottom of the screen, the colours, the layout. I can’t explain it but it feels cheap. All this did is ensure that I will never purchase a Samsung phone.
I hope the Samsung Note comes back and that it brings the Pencil and above all I hope Samsung sees this message, Please SAMSUNG let them be called Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro or Ultra whatever you want but the other one let it be called Samsung Galaxy Note 26 because that's how it should have been since 22 and also that it be a 6.9 or 7 screen only the Note, and with very square corners and a curved screen without any border all screen, because the note has to be very big and look very Premium. and now the pro or ultra whatever it is called, that one can be a 6.7 or 6.8 screen and with equally square corners but without the pencil, and the screen that is flat without a curve, and with these specifications it would be a success in your sales,BELIEVE IT SAMSUNG...

Samsung needs to release the one ui7 already this is getting ridiculous. We need better battery performance optimization. The cameras need updated for better low light, better color accuracy and zoom. This absolutely crucial.
Samsung is the best it has a good battery big screen the video cameras are extremely good better than the iphone the design is cool the company does its job.

Why do your phones become unusable if the user lets the battery die (get to 0%). I bought a phone 2 months ago, and it's now a glorified paperweight since it won't charge after the battery died. And before you say anything, the charging port is clean, the charger is in perfect condition, and I've the "forced restart" thing multiple times to no avail.
