Every IndyCar Win in 2005

The 2005 season saw the addition of road races for the first time in this IndyCar league, with St. Petesburg, Sonoma, and Watkins Glen added to the schedule. Chip Ganassi Racing had a slight return to form, with Scott Dixon winning the team's first race since 2003. Tomas Scheckter and Scott Sharp would also secure the final wins of their career. The year also had the continued domination of Andretti Green Racing, as the team won 11 of 17 races that year, including the team's first Indianapolis 500 since Jacques Villeneuve won for the original Team Green in 1995. Among the Andretti Green drivers, the star was Dan Wheldon, who won a season-high 6 races en route to the championship, being the final driver as of now to clinch the championship early.
