Both great, across the 3 excerpts you initially sound and centre better on the shires but by the 2nd and last excerpt you’re sounding better on the getzen and nearly splitting on the shires. Both horns are similar spec and probably aimed at the same market. The cut bell on the shires will effect how that sounds, slots and projects also….compared to a non cut shires setup so that’s a further choice….

That shires seems more difficult to play in higher range. However, it sounds more symphonic.
So true the f section sounds more like the bb open horn.
Great horns! The price is different! The Getzen should be a lot cheaper then the Shires. So, go for....
