I got a pair of these and i live in a very cold climate. They keep my feet nice and cozy and keeps me from getting cold. I love them personally but only for a cold climate
That’s an absolutely beautiful looking shoe, love the idea and implementation, as was said the only reservation would be the smell after a few wears with the complete absence of breathability and fleece lining. But that classic gorgeous silhouette and the ‘winter’ changes for the upcoming cold months, absolutely yes 🙌🏻
It's a shame for ppl that live in hotter states to cop these. If they did I'm sure there would be a sweat flood in them joints. Luckily I'm moving to a colder state, so a def cop for me.
I feel like it wouldn’t be a problem. Shoes keep your feet warm in general. I live in the south where it can get to 70 degrees in the winter but I think I depends on your choice of socks. You should be able to get away with them.
Alejandro go for it. I do too. Ain’t nobody gonna care or notice. Your feet are kept warm regardless of what sneakers you wear. Over that you’re wearing socks so it shouldn’t matter too much.
Got these when they came out in the south, moved to denver and wet slushy conditions are really where this shoe shines. Great for winter when you still want to wear Js, nice and warm, your feet dont get wet walking through deep snow. I really didnt appreciate the shoe until I used it for what it was built for
Being in Texas I’ll walk out for a second and be like I’m glad I’m wearing these warm shoes and two minutes later I’ll be wishing I was wearing a different pair
I liked these since day one. The blue is a perfect blue to cover the shoe in. Not too bright, not too light, not too dark. The winterized sheen adds to it as well. Sometimes the plastic tab isnt always the exact color match but the sheen on the leather matches them almost perfect. Down since day 1. Now if only there were a way to get a pair. Good stuff y'all. Do more retro toys for us 30 and ups. To young for boomers. Too old for millennials.

As a HUGE Eminem fan and a HUGE Jordan fan, I like these because they're dope and looks like the Eminem 4's but sometimes I feel like I can't like them because it looks like a budget version of the OG
I forgot about these and I’ve never seen them till now....which worked to my favor! They are sweet!! I love winterized shoes....especially when nike does their SHIELD edition running pack...simply because it rains in the bay and I hate umbrellas. 🤷🏽♂️ These will go great with my other water repellant sneakers (excluding my Air Force 1 winter boots). Kinda wish they were black but that navy is really clean too.
These look a lot better than what I thought they were gonna be. I’m like what they are doing with these winterized joints the 12s were nice and these are dope, plus I’m a sucker for Jordan 4s so it’s gonna be a definite pick up
Personally, I'm not a big fan of Timberland's so the only thing I wore during the harsh winters here were hiking boots. Boring. It's nice to have a cold weather option that looks more like a sneaker. Mind you, that traction is going to be poor on ice and the overall shoe would not be great in snow. Still, they would be great for late Autumn or places that suffer mild wet Winters. I could definitely rock these.

I saw Mayor on Full Size run make a comment about the new machines Nike and Jordan brand have that there's something about them that can never get any of the retro's just like the O.G.'s. It's not only Jordan's, it's several other retro sneakers as well.
They should have given the winter shoes a better traction for winter. I live in Washington state I'm gonna need better traction for the snow. I'll still try to get these though.
Material quality aside...this is a "pass" for me. It's just too 1-dimensional for my taste considering it's built for a nasty Chicago Winter or some equally heinous Winter area. I have a giant collection of 4's (my favorite silhouette/retro) that I actually wear and I would not be able to keep these dormant for 6/7months a year. I'm gonna cop the "What Tha's" instead. It will be interesting to see what the final version of the Spruce WTHR release comes out to. More of a Spring rain shoe than a Winter snow shoe?

These are 🔥 but the color in no way looks blue to me. I see only purple similar to the raptor 4’s purple. I guess in hand it looks blue as opposed to pics or on camera???
These are better than boots for anyone who just want to walk around in the city. I would not recommend for inclement weather like rain and snow. These are not weatherproof. I do get ask about them and I try to wear them every chance I get. April these will be retired in the box.

Toe box shape in air maxes too... they tried on the newer special pairs. Toe box is sooo box kills the nice sleek running shoe wedge shape.
