This is a mashup of 2 songs (I don't really know the Rozana one but I've seen this video a few times before) and the concept is basically : you hear in the wind the voice of the loved one that you miss so much that it becomes true.. her voice flows in the wind so the crescendos and decrescendos are just perfect with the strings it's like her voice is coming from the strings...so beautiful
