Absolutely fucking brilliant guys, guess where me and boys gonna go for our non league game when we take another trip to the island for a long weekend football trip :D
I started going to watch non-league as it had a sense of community spirit that the professional clubs have lost in the modern era. I now support a members-owned club that is treated as an asset for the local community. If the guys on the exec were to start talking about us in terms of us "being a business" or "an entertainment brand", I would stop bothering.
Great to see you doing so well there Farnham. My home town club are also going about things the same as you. Ramsgate is my home town club, they’re currently top of the Isthmian South East, regularly pulling in crowds of 1000+ and they are building a great community spirit. Hopefully they’ll go up to the Isthmian prem for next season.
As a Hashtag supporter, I absolutely love what Farnham are doing and I hope more teams get on this kind of philosophy. I'm in my 50s and I love the direction that these guys are taking football. So many people shout it down, trying to say it's ruining their game. They must be mad, cos from where I'm sitting, this is exactly what the game needs and it's starting to bring back so much of what used to be great about the game. So many clubs are failing and folding. The more clubs that get the idea and move into the 21st century, the happier I will be. On another note, I really hope the day comes when Farnham and the Tags get to meet in a proper match. That would be epic.
@@zombievikinggaming4258Currently groundsharing with Bowers & Pitsea in Essex, but moving to Avely, just a few miles away, next season (still sharing). We are still looking for a permanent home, but it will almost certainly be in the same area when we find it.
I can't remember which Football youtuber I saw it from, but starting at the very bottom of English Football, it would take 19yrs to get to the premier league. Of course that is with winning each year. I do not know how far down Farnham are but just an interesting fact.
What a great story, a football club that is on the up, with a clear plan to progress on and off the pitch. I'm heavily involved at Welling United,I cover the PA on home games and I provide online commentary for our away games. I'm going to follow Farnham on TH-cam, a great story
I'm a Spurs fan because Spurs is not one of the oil clubs; and the club support grows organically. Seeing someone coming to Farnham with a business mindset to grow the brand is refreshing and reminds me of how Spurs has grown. Will definitely go seeing Farnham one day.
Non league football looks like such a fun thing to goto. If I ever get a chance to visit England I’d love to goto this. Chili and a beer and a game. Count me in haha.
Thank you for highlighting this innovative approach and I hope more clubs learn from Farnham. I just added their TH-cam channel. I am a new fan... an American living in Mexico!
Best words said: in order for them to buy it they have to enjoy it…. We go to matches, take the time and part with sometimes the few dollars we have because we need an escape, some F off time that we can enjoy with people we love. Wins are great but we just want to have fun.
The more investment in local clubs the better. Football at the top level isn't football anymore. It's entertainment for TV and the connection with the community has completely gone
After watching the first few seconds I was really cynical (maybe I’m biased as a Jersey Bulls supporter - who ironically are taking a similar approach), but everything he says makes complete sense. They’ve earned their momentum on the pitch and are riding it in the stands. Needs to be more owners like this.
Stir-fried pork with basil.. thai heaven. ผัดกระเพราหมู. Hidden kitchen heaven. My son lives 10 minutes away and is an ex pro .when I'm over I'll get my girl to cook ! 🇹🇭
Was all looking and sounding great, until Harry mentioned the absolute slimeball Thogden. Did you invite his Dad to come tell the fans about how great Mr Putin is while you were at it?
Thanks for having us guys! Appreciate you coming back to see the changes.
Thank you for having us. Such an exciting journey to watch unfold. Long may that winning run continue 🙌
Seems like a great club with interesting ideas . Even though I am living in clevedon I will make sure to go and watch at least one match this season
@@stuartmckenna7979 yeah go check them out! The mystery kitchen food is unreal as well.

Greetings from a new team in Sweden. Looks like you’ve got something special going on over there. Keep it up! 😁⚽️
Hello thanks for watching. Who's your local clubs in Sweden?
That's the mentality for going forward. What a great attitude. Great video, thanks. ❤
Our pleasure thanks for watching!

They even had a great cup run this season, so I can imagine the support

Mad Respect from a Detroit City FC supporter. Wish we could have earned promotion. The budget has been constrained by buying the next level.

A really well rounded video. Best of luck to them for the future 👍
Appreciate the feedback Mike. Hope you enjoy our content 👍
Remember them back in 1987 knocking Scarborough out of the F A Trophy thanks to Paul Moody, and Boro won the Conference that season.

Great watch. Been following Farnham on socials as we are trying something similar albeit from step 7
Keep going for it!

One thing non-league most definitely has is the connection with the community. That's why we love it. Thanks for watching Tony 👍
this is brilliant and a trend we're starting to see from other smaller clubs. Thank you Wrexham for starting this trend
Impressive business acumen, but where's the soul? That's the question I'm left with.
Well, why don't you go and check it out? You may find it beyond the turnstile.

Haha it's defo worth £10 if you're ever over this way!
So how much is the investment ?
Brilliant.
Lots of clubs could take note of this...
There are some National League clubs and above that could copy this methodology.
Scunny for one.
So this is where half of the sidemen went to during the $10,000 vs $10 video on football?
Correct 👍
