Goals and Plans are important. We strive for our goals, but we need to know our goals. Too many ,don't know, what their goals are, because, no one ever explained what goals are. I wish interviewers would ask Steve some different questions: we know he was homeless for three years, was one of the original Kings of Comedy, did the hard lines for his craft etc. It would be nice to find out something different about him as a person, not just regurgitated retarick.
