My fan is made by Polar Sheffield model aluminum body still wobble dont know reason

Sir,
I purchased Polar winair model..3 months back...until last week it worked well.
From then, it started to run slow even on full speed at No. 5 step. And main problem is fan is moving like you shown in video.
Technician tested it and told after some run, it happens..and suggested to change the fan rod to short.. and also suggested to tight the hook at ceiling with a metal wire to not move..
Will you please suggest good solution for this ?

With help of your video, I measured the blades distance between ceiling. One blade with different measurement, I adjusted it.. running with speed, a lot of shaking is reduced, but still a little bit of shaking present.Is there any trick to match this blade measurement with other blades ?
