How soon should the pull off test be done after adhering the dolly on the dried paint sample, is it really 24 hrs. What are the pros and cons if the test is done after 48 hours curing of adhesive placed in the dolly?

I noticed that you put the Dollie you just cleaned back on the table face down! You just may have contaminated the surface of the Dollie
No dust or contaminated surface is recommended for dolly testing

Best Way is to cure samples as per glue manufacturer recommendations. Normally 48 hours gives best results for painted surface
