    The way he eludes the the pass rush in his face is crazy. It’s gonna make him better when he gets a better line.

    it insane people think fields cant throw. does the man need 4k yards for people to agree he can pass??? mustve forgot football a team sport. if you take notice on one thing, 90% of these great passes are to Darnell Mooney, extend and get 2 more elite wr.

      It's crazy.
      As soon as a nigga show some athleticism at the QB position he's labeled a RB or all of a sudden can't throw.
      They was tryin my nigga Jalen too. Hethrew almost 4k with only 5 interceptions and mfs said he can't throw.
      Lamar led the league passing TDs, had 3k with less than 10 interceptions and mfs said he couldn't throw.

      @@_SayitAintSo fr bro!! If that’s the case why don’t people talk as much about Lamar, cause ik damn well that Fields is a wayyyyyy better passer than Lamar but this szn he’ll shut up all the critics 🐻⬇️

      "Social psychology says..." I'll TRY to keep this short. Sports fans are more franchise-loyal than player-loyal. If they see something is wrong with coaches, their 1st instinct will be to look to blame a player. It's rare to see a fan base do for Kenny Pickett what they did, chant Matt Canada to unemployment. Justin Herbert has been Completely Sabotaged by his play-callers & they just hired the guy who reduced Lamar Jackson from MVP to below average.
      I think people expect this of the Chargers.
      With Fields, when he Suddenly Started to refuse to throw to _open_ receivers, & this happened at least Three Times in the game he first did it & the Bears did Not Take Him In to the blue tent, showing they knew he wasn't concussed, people *knew* they had sabotaged him.
      & the sudden shock of it caused people to want desperately to not acknowledge this. The feeling is akin to learning Your Dad is cheating on Mom.
      You won't call him out on it for fear of that making him Go Away. So the fans turned on Fields instead. This requires repeating a falsehood until You Believe It. The problem is, you're always aware you're lying to yourself. So people have to Keep Repeating the lie & it becomes its Own Thing.
      I've worked management roles, coached, trained etc. & never evolved the Blind Feeling that authority _FIGURES_ were surrogate-parents. As a result, I don't hide from myself What I'm Seeing. It may *_disappoint me,_* but I also know that allowing the Wrong Thing To Continue makes everything worse every single time. So I always acknowledge it.
      They effed him in CHI, _big_ time.

      @@bevrosity Mooney is definitely solid asf. I wonder did he get pissed when Moore came? Or did Getsy just not design plays to target him? Hopefully Shane Waldron targets him much more in the '24 season!

      A video of Fields' '21 INTs show how 3 of those hit Mooney in the hands. Fields didn't even play a Full Season in '21. Mooney's last attempt at catching a ball for the Bears was that Hail Mary that landed on his chest & he knocked away himself.

    • @nangmung772
      @nangmung772 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fields actually had a competent O-line and elite receiving core at OSU so he wasn’t forced to constantly scramble out of the pocket to avoid sacks - he ran a 4.44 at his Pro Day so everyone knew he was fast.
