      I have never used flexpay before so I am only speculating, but I would imagine that they would be since your payments would extend past the event date in some cases. Again, I haven’t used the service before so I can’t comment with any certainty.
      Anyone on here used it before and have some insight?

    I'm leaving this here even though I binge watched all of your verified fan videos in preparation for getting Harry Styles tickets yesterday. I followed all of your advice. I didn't do any of the things my instincts told me to do: register multiple times, open multiple tabs, use my phone & laptop at the same time with same account, & refreshing. The not refreshing was hardest. I got in line at 2000+ and it took everything in me not to refresh many, many times. Ugh. Final result was it took around 30 minutes for me to get in to buy & thanks to you, I made a list of desired seats because most were gone by the time I got in. I used the list, not the map, & managed to get 2 tickets to see Harry Styles in NY! Success!! I just wanted to say thanks because I know I would have done it all wrong & not gotten any had I not known what NOT to do. I also passed along the info to my friend because she wanted to try for LA. She also managed to get decent tickets! Now we're going twice! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🥳

      I’d go iPad I think. I much prefer using the Ticketmaster app as the map is a lot easier to navigate. You can select sections you like and then have a list of options available. Much easier than selecting individual seats!

    Thank you so much for this!!! It's helped me so much, as I've been doing a lot of research on TM and everybody pretty much keeps repeating themselves. But you've made a lot of really great points! I'm just wondering, do you know how to buy soundcheck packages??? There are two of them for the BTS concert, however I'm not sure if they're altogether with a ticket or separate. If you can't answer, that's alright! I appreciate you making this video 😊

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m not the best person to answer this one, but from what I’ve seen and read it looks like those would fall under the VIP tickets that will come available during the presales. VIP tickets generally include a ticket to the show as well as the experience (ie soundcheck). Would still be best to confirm this with someone else though to be on the safe side ☺️🎟

    I have a question just to be sure, so if the BTS event have multiple shows and the presale goes on the same day for all the shows can I still use the verified fan presale code to buy tickets for multiple shows on the same time?? If yes then how?? Thank you for all the help you're amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can buy tickets for multiple shows for BTS with the same code, yes. BUT. I don’t know if you’re able to join multiple waiting rooms for the same hour for different events or not as this is a new process for the Verified Fan process. If you normally open a second tab during a Verified Fan presale, it would give you an error and tell you to return to your original device to complete your purchase. With the way they have worded it, it makes it look like you could join a waiting room for different events at the same time but I don’t want to recommend it since it could potentially be a problem for you. Evaluate your risk level and react accordingly 😊

    First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to answer all of these questions!!! This may have been answered, but my head is a total jumble of information right now. I am hoping to get my daughter tickets for BTS in Atlanta. We both have Ticketmaster accounts and we both registered for the presale. IF by some miracle we both get codes, can I sign in to each of our accounts on the same computer, but using different browsers or will this kick me out? I also have my cell, but I don't get a great signal in the office, so I'm worried that will be problem. Any idea on how long the queue might last? Do I need to plan on possibly staying late at work that day?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should be using separate devices for each account, as you can run into errors using the same device with two accounts. The account that’s yours should be used on your faster connection device, and then could use your daughters account on your phone. It may or may not work depending on signal, but still should focus on your main account.
      The queue will likely take 30 mins to 1+ hour depending on your placement, but should there be any issues from Ticketmaster’s end, you could see that time take even longer. Give yourself at least an hour of time, hopefully it takes less but I think it’s fair to expect that kind of wait time.
      Good luck! 🤞🏽😄🎟

    Thank you so much for the informative video! If I just want the best available seats without the hassle of clicking on the map, how would we go about that in Ticketmaster? Whenever I go to look at tickets, there isn’t an option and it looks like I have to click around the map. Thanks again for all your help

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you want the best seats available (excluding VIP/Soundcheck), you can potentially sort by ‘best seats’ in the filters tab. It’s not perfect but it helps. Also, if you want VIP/Soundcheck type seating options, just make sure you select those options in the ticket filters so it will display them for you

    SO!! Thank you for everything!!! Just a super quick question to clarify it. So once we’re waiting we should NOT refresh like at all right?? Once we’re on the countdown what will happen?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct, don’t refresh.
      When the waiting room countdown hits 0, the page will do some processing and will move over to the actual queue where you’ll be placed in line. Wait for that number to hit 1 (next in line) and the page will then automatically move you into the ticket buying page for you to enter your code

    hi!! thank u for making ur vids about all this Ticketmaster stuff, it’s very helpful and informative. i just had a quick question regarding vip/sound check tickets and will call tickets, if i were to purchase a will call ticket with my mom’s credit card would her name be on the ticket or would the Ticketmaster account name be on it?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Just want to make it easier for everyone to buy tickets!
      It would be tied to the account holder, not the credit card purchaser. So if the account is in your name but using her credit card, then it will be able to be picked up by you at the event, not whoever’s name is on the credit card. With that being said, would be good to bring the card with you just in case they need to verify it when you pick up the tickets, but it’s normally not necessary

      When you get to Ticketmaster, just make sure you search for BTS and then select the event you want to purchase tickets for. At that point you’ll go through the waiting room process for that specific event. It’ll also display the event info for you so you know what you’re actually waiting for haha. Should be very easy to identify the right event so you get into the correct waiting room ☺️

    Hello! Thank you for your videos!!! It has helped a lot!
    I have a couple questions about the BTS concert pre sale.
    Do u have to use the special link TM gives u on ur mobile device to purchase the tickets? Or can u log in to a laptop or desktop?
    If u can only use ur mobile device, how can u open multiple tabs on ur phone to buy tickets for other dates? Would TM give u problems? They said u can have multiple tabs open for different dates.
    Thank u!!!

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You should be able to go directly to the event you want to buy for without the code, but if it doesn’t seem to let you join the queue then go back and use the link they sent.
      If you use a mobile device, it will not be possible to have multiple tabs going at the same time without risking one of your screens having issues potentially. Use a desktop/laptop instead for multiple tabs on the same device

      Well if you wait until tomorrow, I have a video going up explaining how to sell your tickets back through Ticketmaster.
      Essentially, you just need to list the ticket for sale, you set the price, and then wait for someone to buy it. Once it sells you get paid. Simple as that!

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It won’t kick you out, but if you’re lucky enough to get codes on both accounts, you may run into an error when trying to check out if you bought tickets for the same event with both accounts. Ticketmaster will be able to match up the same credit card info and potentially cancel the second order, or it just won’t let it process at all. But you will be able to buy tickets with at least one code 😄

    • @thumbsuprun

      They are good for sending out confirmation emails regarding if you’ve been Verified or not the night before. As for codes, they keep changing up the process. Sometimes it’s in the email itself, other times they will text it to you a few hours before. But as long as you get the Verified email, you will know the next steps and shall be ready to buy the next day!

    How long is then verified fan code good for?
    . Are we able to to sign in, sign out and come back in a couple of hrs or next day, if we don’t see the section or row that we really really want.
    I’ve heard that they release different sections etc and time goes on.

      Because of the quick turnaround on each presale, they will generally be active for coming back until 10 pm of that same day or until all tickets are sold out from the presale allocation, whatever happens first. I would not suggest to try later in the afternoon as tickets may all be sold out by that point for the presale you’re trying to purchase for

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! 👋🏽👋🏽
      Each event is paid for separately, but it’s the same code you use for each date. So just make sure you have one tab open for each date, and when each room gets through to the ticket buying page you will type it in then. Just keep the ticket limit per event in mind (2 or 4 depending on the presale you’re in). The code will work for each event individually until that event hits the ticket limit

    I know you said in another video that you prefer using mobile devices, would you suggest using the Ticketmaster app or just an internet browser? I want to join the queue for multiple shows (multiple tabs) SO I guess I like have to use internet browser right? :/

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you’re going to try multiple shows at once, then definitely do NOT use your phone. The reason I say this is because having multiple tabs open on a mobile device can be problematic if one of them refreshed by accident or just not being able to easily manage multiple tabs on a browser (the app can not handle two tabs at once ever). If you want two show queues at once, use a computer/laptop. Much much easier to manage the queues that way, but just remember the searching will be a little bit more difficult

  • @joycechen1877
    @joycechen1877 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hi! you mentioned that sometimes when you're one away in the waiting room, sometimes it can hang. you said to wait a few minutes before refreshing or don't refresh at all. What happens if you do refresh ? Would I possibly lose my spot? What if I'm hanging for a long time like if 5-10 minutes have passed? Should it ever take that long to move down the line?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you’re hanging there for more than 2-3 minutes, then you should refresh once. I generally don’t like to say to refresh because Ticketmaster can be finicky so it’s best to let it keep doing its normal process. If it’s been over 5 mins at 1 in the queue, then definitely refresh though. You shouldn’t lose your spot but just to stay safe it’s best to keep refreshing to a minimum

    Really appreciate your efforts! What is your opinion on creating multiple accounts with different phone numbers in order to sign up for the VF presale? Would that increase the chance of getting a code? Will Ticketmaster see same information (like the address, or the name) as bot activity..

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Making multiple accounts can only work if every single account is made with separate account information AND with different devices and different networks (for the most part). The amount of effort it takes for an individual to make different accounts can be very time consuming and difficult. But if you have access to multiple accounts, it can be an effective way to increase your chances

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      As for actually increasing your chances, if accounts have any of the same info, then no, it won’t increase your chances and will more likely appear as bot/broker activity

      Once they both get through the queue, then you need to focus on one before the other. The queues will not be completely in sync so one will get through before the other. Just focus on buying tickets on that screen first before going to the other one. Try to finalize your ticket purchase and then look at the second event afterwards

    Thank you so much for all your help!! I was wondering, can you use the app to buy tickets for multiple shows with a pre sale code or will you only be able to purchase tickets for one show there?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      With the app you can only buy for one show at a time unfortunately. If you want to try for two shows at the same time, you should be using a computer/laptop and then have multiple tabs going at the same time for Verified Fan presales

    • @mikaelahurshman
      @mikaelahurshman 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      thumbsuprun that makes sense! I’m trying for two shows in different time zones so they go on sale at different times, will my code work for that or should I stick to a laptop? I watched your other video on which to use and I’d prefer to use my phone app if possible

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In that case you should be fine to use the app, so long as the amount of time between when the tickets goes on sale is sufficient. So if it’s a 3pm est and 6pm est times for the presales, that’s more than enough to work with. If they are back to back though (3pm and 4pm) though, then I’d consider still using the app for the first show, but then also getting your computer logged in for the second show.
      As for the codes, the same code can be used for multiple shows, so it’ll work the same way for each of them just fine. Go ahead and type it in, and the seats will open up for you 😄🎟

    I asked ticket Master if we can use the same code on multiple tabs for multiple shows and this is what they told me:
    "Yes, but no more than one tab per show.
    You may only use multiple tabs when shopping for more than one show on this tour. As a reminder:
    -If youd like to shop for tickets to multiple shows, no matter the time zone, you will need to join the Waiting Room for each one.
    -Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
    -Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.
    -Please use the same access code to unlock access to tickets when shopping for multiple shows."
    But I still don't understand. It like that are saying yes and no. Which one is it? Yes or No?? It's like they are not sure themselves.

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They are saying that for each SPECIFIC event date, you should not join more than once and only use one tab for that event
      If you want to try to buy tickets to more than one event (ie day 1 and day 2 of a show happening in the same city), you can join each of them with one tab from the same device. Again, just make sure you only open one tab for each of those events.
      Hope that’s clear! 🤞🏽🎟😄

      @@thumbsuprun ok so one tab for each event on one device got it👍

    • @thumbsuprun

      Normally I would say not to do it, but with how Ticketmaster has confirmed for this specific tour that it should be okay (it also is a requirement since it’s the same code for each event instead of custom codes for each individual one) I would feel less worried in this one situation.
      The main reason not to use multiple tabs normally is just due to how you can run into errors during the checkout process. If you are checking out for one event and then also join the checkout for the second event at the same time, it can result in errors there. Sometimes the queues can have issues too, it’s a very problematic experience.
      Basically just have to be very careful and don’t push it if you’re worried about getting an error

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not getting Verified doesn’t mean you’ve been flagged, especially when there are so many people signing up and only so few codes to go around.
      The only real way of knowing if you’ve been flagged is Over a period of time. If you find over the next 5-10 queues you attempt to join for different events that you’re always at the back, then you may want to consider just starting up a whole new account at that point. I wasn’t sure if there was only ground floor and first floor access for those who gain access to presale but then again each stadiums I see look different. I was referring to MetLife stadium but also I regretted dropping a good amount of money for army membership mainly because I was not sure what was going on and did not want to risk having to fight over only a few seats in general public sale date. I would have rather waited for the public if many seats were open

    1) if I get a presale code, can I use the same code on different devices?

And so if I get tickets while not being signed in will it effect anything with buying the tickets?

      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glad they're helpful!
      1) Yes you can, but just make sure you aren't trying to enter the same event when using the code. Example - if you use the code on your first device for a NY show, then the other device should be used for a different show. What I don't have complete knowledge of yet is what happens when you want to use two devices for the same time slot but different shows. Normally VF codes are for individual shows, but since this is the same code for all shows its just a new format.
      2) Once you sign into TM on your device, any new tabs you open will be automatically logged into your account already within the same browser. You won't be able to just get additional tabs of the ticket buying page working as you'll just run into errors when trying to check out because Ticketmaster can't figure out where the correct ticket buying page pathway is anymore. It isn't worth the hassle. Now if you opened tabs to get into different events, that's a different story and you should be fine there

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep that can work, but then there's also a risk of the accounts getting linked together in the future. It isn't a big deal really as I'm sure you're both working together to be able to buy tickets so I wouldn't see any issues :)

I still have one question though, and that is if the tickets go on sale 3pm, what time should I be on the website and trying to get in line? I’m still a bit confused on this part especially what queue means (?) I know Ticketmaster says to be on the website 10 minutes before but I’ve heard that people were waiting in the “queue” for over three hours and I don’t really understand.

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      People saying they wait 3 hours in line are all crazy 😂 the waiting room for tickets opens about 30 mins in advance so just go to the event you want to buy tickets for around then. You will need to log in and then join the waiting room. There will be a button to click to join in. You’ll go through a phone verification and then once you actually are in, you’ll see a countdown. When the countdown goes to 0, the presale has begun and you’ll be placed in line with a queue number. When your number hits 1, your page will change and move to the ticket buying page. Enter your presale code and start buying tickets!!!! 🤞🏽😄🤞🏽

      Everyone who is verified for their specific Verified Fan presale will have access to the allocated seats that are set aside. Now the issue is that because more people will be buying tickets than are likely available, not everyone will get a chance to actually get through to buy tickets during the presales.
      Allocations are decided by the promoters, but for the most part there will be seats across all price points and seating location types for you to choose from when you get through the queue to finally purchase your seats. The first presale will obviously have a better allocation, second presale a lesser allocation, and then the general sale will be essentially everything else remaining

      The same account can be in multiple waiting rooms at the same time according to Ticketmaster for the BTS Verified Fan presale. So yes, you could have 1 tab open for each show date as you described. Just make sure you don’t open a tab twice for the same exact show date.
      In terms of the one venue but two days, each event date will be its own separate transaction, so you need to check out for each event individually even if two dates are at the same location

      @@thumbsuprun Hey! thanks for all the great info! just to clarify: for the presale code when you say "you could have 1 tab open for each show date" do you mean i can use/log into the same account from 2 different devices entirely or literally just tabs on the same web browser? if not two devices, can it be different windows side by side so you can see what's happening in both? and this is ok to do simultaneously?? And in any of those cases, will they have a problem if im using the same credit card for both checkouts at the same time or am i ok because its one card being used for two different dates? (sorry this turned out long... 😬)

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I mean it in the sense of two literal tabs from the same browser/device. If you want them side by side, just pull the tab apart and then split screen to have them beside each other.
      No problem using the same credit card, but I would recommend trying to cart tickets on both and then only continuing in one checkout process before completing the second one (if you have the time). You have the potential for your checkout process to get a little wonky if you fill them both out too fast, so just use the allotted time and do it right. If one queue goes faster than the other though, then just try to finish that checkout before the next queue is ready for you to buy tickets!

If I make 3 accounts using different phone numbers but the same name & zip code (they did not ask for my address) does that mean my account(s) can be flagged? Also if I made all the accounts while using my home wifi will it flag my account (lose the chance of getting code)? I have not put any card info in any of the accounts btw. • @thumbsuprun

      If they have the same name and zip code or other similar information, Ticketmaster should be able to link all the accounts together and consider it as one instead of 3 (especially if they were all made on the same network).
      You’re better off having friends make an account and apply for the VF presale themselves instead of you making extra accounts. From your perspective, just stick to one account since it won’t help you at all in the end is my thought process. Hope that helps!

      Your account will likely be flagged by noticing the three accounts that all signed up, and then treating them as if they were just one account. I don’t think you’ll have an issue other than you should only expect to get at most one code instead of potentially one for each account (ie the extra accounts will not help your odds essentially)

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They will be able to determine they all came from the same IP address even if the info on the accounts all shows up as different. Most likely Ticketmaster will simply lump all of these together and consider it as one linked account. So I would not be expecting you to get any more than 1 code between the bunch of them you made.
      No real way to fix it at this point, maybe have some other friends also apply from their own locations and hopefully within the group of you and your friends, some will get verified and it’ll work out better that way 🤞🏽🤞🏽🎟

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Woo exciting!! So tickets themselves unfortunately cannot be upgraded (for the most part) when you purchase them through Ticketmaster. The tickets you bought are generally the tickets you get.
      If you’d like to upgrade, your first option will be to see if there are available tickets from the box office (ie on Ticketmaster) that are NOT resale tickets (red dots on the map). Should be blue dots. If there are, you can try to call Ticketmaster and see if they will allow you to upgrade your seats assuming they are the same price point. They may or may not be able to so as each venue/event/tour is different.
      If they cannot do it, then your only option would be to sell your tickets and use those funds to buy new ones. Though with that it’s not guaranteed you can even sell them as they are will-call tickets so there’s a lot more loopholes you jump through.
      Long story long, I don’t foresee you being able to upgrade unless available tickets show up on Ticketmaster and you call and try to request them to move you to the new seats. No guarantee they’ll even allow it though 😔Sorry that wasn’t more helpful!

      Depends on your seating preference and the device you’re using.
      From your phone you have access to both map and list view. Map view is the same on phone and computer, and you basically select the section you want and it’ll bring you to the individual seat selection map and you can pick what you want.
      If you’re in list view, you will want to be more careful unless the entire section is the same type of seating. The list will suggest options for you instead of letting you zoom in to the exact seats on the map.
      You can test it out right now with some other random events on Ticketmaster using the app to see what I mean. Just remember that the computer does not offer a list view but rather just a sidebar with suggested options and the map view to pick specific seats

    also if i don’t get a presale code later today, will i still have a good chance of getting tickets on friday which is the general public ticket sale day? i really don’t want to have to get resales tickets bc they are super overpriced unfortunately

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If your billing info is in your account already then you will only need to put in the security code of your credit card (the 3 or 4 digit number) to complete your purchase.
      If you don’t get a presale code, then unfortunately the general sale will be tough to get tickets through. Like very tough 😔 not impossible though! 🤞🏽🤞🏽🎟

    You should really change the answer about refreshing...the waiting room opened exactly 1 hour before sales. My eyes never left the screen. Nothing changed on the screen when it opened. Because of your advice I didn’t refresh. I saw on twitter that others were already in the waiting room. I decided to refresh and the waiting room had been open for 13 minutes. I would have been towards the front of the line had I refreshed...but because you said not to refresh, I was number 4,364. 😡🤬

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m very sorry to hear that 😫 it may have been some miscommunication on my part, but essentially you need to get into the waiting room about 30 mins before the event. If you look at some of the comments on here I had mentioned to people that if you don’t get a prompt to join it that you should then refresh only once by 15 mins before the event.
      I hope you were still able to get the tickets you wanted 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🎟!!

    Hey man, a question I hope you see before the presale! Can other people still get the same ticket if that ticket is already added into your cart?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello hello!
      They cannot. Once a ticket is in your cart (and you are in the checkout process), the tickets will remain with you until you either complete the ticket purchase or you abandon the tickets and the timer runs out.
      Now that doesn’t mean if on the map you see a blue dot that when you try to add them to your cart that they are going to be yours no matter what. The map isn’t 100% up to date all the time so seats may not actually be available even if you see them. Just keep that in mind!

    • @thumbsuprun

      You should use two different devices if you’re using two accounts. You may run into issues with one device.
      If you only have access to one device though, then I would recommend using an incognito browser for one account, and then a regular browser for the other. Don’t open them up as two tabs with the same browser

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many prime seats are allocated and sold during the various presales, but there is generally some seats held back for the general sale as well. It may be a limited selection but they will be made available throughout each type of presale and general sale.

  • @KevjumbaNigahigaYTF
    @KevjumbaNigahigaYTF 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Also one last last question (sorry!! can you tell I'm stressed lol), is it true that ticketmaster periodically release seats? Because you said not to refresh but I heard that sometimes once you are in the ticket sale when you refresh other tickets that weren't shown appear...

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is truth on seats being periodically released, but this doesn’t really apply for presales. It’s more on the general sale date and later on. Ticketmaster can hold back certain seats and start dropping them to the public at various points, but normally they only appear a few weeks before the event to a couple of days before. Though don’t go into it expecting to find seats released later as they will be dynamically priced as well

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      But again, refreshing will not make these ‘appear’. It’s just a matter of if they are released or not. Try and work with the availability you see when you get in the ticket buying page

    • @thumbsuprun

      It can be true but only on rare occasions. However, with Verified Fan presales, you will always go through a queue. Now the only other reason I can see someone not having to go and wait in the queue was if you happened to be placed at the VERY front of the queue and then it just loaded the ticket buying page. Regarding this upcoming BTS presale, can I use my laptop for one date and my phone's app for a different date (they are being sold at the same time) Or would I have to use one device and open up a different tab? If feel like it's easier for me to navigate one device using per hand rather than one mouse for both dates lol but I am not sure if that's allowed but wouldn't see how that's any different from using my code for 2 diff tabs. Thanks for your help!

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From everything a Ticketmaster has put out, it would be better to use one device and just have two tabs going. You can split up your screen so that each queue takes up half the screen. Or if you have dual monitors you can have one screen for each of them. That would be the easiest way to do it I think. At this point using two devices for this presale may not work as well as having one device and two tabs. Hope that helps!

    Hi! Do we need anything else other than our access code when the presale begins? Basically can it ask us to re-verify our account and send us a code by sms and ask us to enter that in? I signed into presale with my mother's phone number and she's not in the country right now so I don't really have access to her phone for the presale

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      They will most likely ask to confirm your account with an sms verification when you first log in to the Verified Fan presale. If you won’t have access to her phone, then you can attempt to use your own phone number but then I would just say don’t be trying to log into your account for the presale as well then. If there’s duplicate info going into these waiting rooms, you run the risk of errors and not being able to check out

      You can review your email confirmation to see some basic info, but if you want to re-check everything, there isn’t really a proper way of doing so.
      If you go through and re-submit your entire application for the Verified Fan presale, you’ll know exactly what you submitted at that point and it won’t have an effect on reducing your chances since it’s just going to take your most recent submission into account. The mobile phone app is on through our home wifi router. My concern is keeping my android S9 Note, screen active without refreshing and knocking me out of queue. Does just touching the screen refresh it. It seems there is a 10minute max setting.
    How to keep screen active without refreshing?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      First decide which device you think is best for you. I prefer the app but there’s no wrong answer.
      To prevent your screen from turning off, either change the phone setting so it doesn’t do that or just touch the screen every few minutes to keep it active. Technically if your screen shuts off for a few moments you’ll still be fine, but any longer and you may run the risk of it losing connection.
      If you have a max of 10 mins, then just touch the screen every couple of mins and you’ll be okay There

    Sometimes Ticketmaster will randomly kick us out and give us the queue ID of the queue we were in, where would we put in that queue ID to get back where we were? Can we at all?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Once you leave the queue, you cannot get back into the same waiting room unfortunately, even if you have the queue ID. It’s a very broken system in that sense so hopefully your tab does not shut down on you/kick you out or else you will not be able to get back and complete a ticket purchase. Technology can fail us a lot of the time...😩 good luck!! 🤞🏽🎟

    So on the day i buy the tickets and I want to use the home computer should I log out of my TM app so I won’t have two devices active?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Should be fine to leave it signed in since the app won’t be active during your ticket buying process anyway

    Would you advise people that got their link for the pre-sale to access the link via the text message or could they copy and paste the link into a browser? Or do we even have to use the link? Would it be fine if we just entered the site manually and enter the access code?

      Oops only seeing this one now. Turns out it was fine to just open the ticket buying pages normally, code wasn’t a requirement 😄 hope you got your presale tickets!

    Hi! Would you happen to know if ticketmaster only releases seats in certain sections for each presale? (ex. only section c3 is open for verified fan presale) Thank you so so much!!

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! 👋🏽👋🏽
      Ticketmaster and the promoter are the ones who decide how to split up the venue and determine seat allocations for each presale. This information is not publicly available so I couldn’t tell you if a specific section would be made available during each presale.
      With that being said, they will generally release tickets in all of the various price points for each presale, so it is likely you will see seats in that section be available. Depending on when you get through the queue though, seats may be sold by that point as well so just keep that in mind too

    In regards to the second q you answered about two presales: does that also apply to when there is an Amex Verified registration and a General Verified registration? I was afraid to register for both on my same account for fear of being denied bc of it

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So when there are two verified fan presales, you can actually sign up for both with no issues. It’s no different than when they offer a Fan Club and General VF signup. Should not create any problems to try for both since they are independent draws

    hi! i have a question regarding the pre queue. how do you enter the pre queue? do you just click "see tickets" and press "join queue"?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      At 230pm the waiting room will open. So find the event you want to purchase tickets for on ticketmaster and click on it, there should be a button that appears to join the queue, and then wait for it to process all the way until you get to the ticket buying page. Then enter your code when it prompts you! 😄🎟

    Hello when I get the presale code, can I use it to buy any ticket to any show of the map of the soul tour. For example if I put my preferred date as Saturday for metlife, can I shop for sunday for metlife first????

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can! The code is valid for any and all shows on the tour, so you can certainly search for the Sunday show first

    Can I register for both BTS Global Fan presale and Ticketmaster verified fan presale? If I don't get an access code for the Global Fan presale, maybe I can get lucky and get a code for the February 6th presale.

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You sure can! Ticketmaster clearly states that you can go ahead and apply for both since you might not get Verified for one or the other. Good luck!! 😄🎟🤞🏽

    hi ! i have a question about the link that’s sent in the text message containing your presale code. does it matter to use this link specifically? because i’m not sure how i’d open the link up on my computer if im trying to buy tickets on that device. could i just open the event’s ticket sales page and join the pre-queue as usual, or is the link essential?

    • @thumbsuprun
      @thumbsuprun  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Technically you should always use the link. HOWEVER, if you open up Ticketmaster on whatever device you want to use and you go to the event page, you can try to join the queue from there directly. If it lets you in, then you’re golden and no need for the direct link. If there are any issues joining the queue though, then you will want to click the link and get directed that way.
