- Patriotic Front - PF Member of Central Committee RAPHAEL NAKACINDA has been arrested and charged with two counts of Defamation of the Republican President and expressing words of contempt or Ridicule to persons because of race, location and color.
Mr. NAKACINDA's lawyer NOEL SIMWANZA confirmed the arrest and revealed that Mr. NAKACINDA has been arrested after allegedly abrogating section sixty nine and section seventy of the penal code.
