I would recommend this workout video to anyone who wants to be fit and doesn't want to pay any gym fee. I have lost more than 13 pounds in less than 3 months between doing this every other day and walking briskly (at least 3.1 miles ) five days a week. I love the fact that the trainers really are there with us. You can tell that they really pushed themselves very hard. I don't now how they can talk and workout at the same time. I still yell when doing some reps. That said, I am fit, healthy and much happier than ever before, thanks to you two. For the trainers: You two are fantastic. Thanks so very much for putting the video out there. You two deserve great accolades. :)

I started on January 1st, 2020. That first day I could not make it through the first 15 minute set. I stuck with it and have been doing this 3x a week in the afternoons along with doing 30 Days of Yoga with Adrienne in the mornings. In the past month, I have seen my core get stronger, my flexibility increase and my endurance grow. After just a couple of workouts with this video, I was able to get through your entire workout using my heaviest kettlebell. As of today (Feb 1), I've lost 6 pounds since Jan 1 and have become much more toned overall. Starting this new month, I am now challenging myself: to do this 30 minute workout twice in a row for a full hour of "bootcamp" on Saturdays. Today was my first self-imposed bootcamp and got through it. Looking forward to seeing how much I grow continuing 3x a week and a "bootcamp" weekend day. You both are great leaders and motivators! Thanks for the making this available.

Hi from Hong Kong! I've been going to the gym for 20 years. This is the first time I've broken a sweat using weights. Kettlebell is my new home gym. No more dirty machines, no more people occupying machines while just playing with their phone, no more smelly and noisy people. It's just me, you guys, and my kettlebell. Bravo!
I honestly thought I’d just do 10 minutes. Then it was 15, and then all y’alls positivity got me to 30. I feel great, first time I’ve ever done a kettlebell workout, and y’all helped make that an awesome experience. Much appreciated 👍👍

As with many people, I'm in isolation and trying to effectively workout. I search TH-cam for workouts that are effective and keep things interesting, to diversify from the various DVD sets I have. So, I was pleased to happen upon this and found it effective, efficient and challenging. And, you can grow with this workout by doing more weight or more reps in the time allotted. That said, is this HIIT? I thought HIIT is high intensity, rest, high intensity. But, this got my heart rate going and was total body. A nice workout. Thanks!

I've stumbled upon this video a couple months ago and have been doing this work out 3-4 times a week (sometimes just the 15min version) with a mile run afterward if I have the energy, and I've never been stronger in the 24 years of my life. 5 mins in - This is easy 9 mins in - Okay, I lie. This is hard 20 mins in - Out of body experience, my body is continuing but inside I feel like finishing 30 mins in - I burned 329 calories and feel great HAS Fit has been such a blessing during lockdown. I’m so glad I discovered your page.

Hey guys, I just searched online a 30 minute kettle bell workout and this showed up. It was great! I love how you mixed up the legs and the arms so that one particular part of the body was not getting tired and it felt like it was achievable. One of the most brutal HIIT routines I['ve ever done. I think this might be at least 25 mins of working out, while others only work for 15 mins and have the other 15 mins just purely resting. Definitely pushed myself with this one. Great routine guys!

Still Love this Workout after more than 10 Months and Still Groaning I have used this HIIT KB workout for more than 10 months and it's still challenging. The video is so much worth your time to work out with. It makes me much stronger and much fitter. Thanks for sharing this video with us. I encourage everyone, even those after 50, to do this. I am a prime example of one that falls in that category. Believe me, you would feel much better all around. Personally, I do this at least twice a week. I would continue to do this until I can't.
Stumbled across your videos after following along with a few other TH-cam workouts. This is now my go to kettlebell routine. When I'm feeling more energetic the 750cal workout is amazing too although very punishing in a good way! We need more of these videos but thank you for what we already have!

I stumbled across the HASfit workouts on TH-cam looking for beginner exercises. I’m 50, 5’2”, and weigh 217 lbs. I’ve been on Weight Watchers since August 2017 with a starting weight of 254 lbs. These are great workouts! I never thought I could ever incorporate squats into my workouts, but you have taught me how to do it without hurting my knees. I love how you allow me to be able modify the harder moves. I love that you incorporate the efficient moves to work more than one muscle groups at one time. I plan to use HASfit for my exercising for all of my weight loss journey and for maintenance. You guys have helped me so much and continue to make this reluctant exerciser loo forward to working out.

I jus t purchased 3 kettlebells. Two 15lbs , one 35. I'm 5"10 165 lbs and pretty fit. This is a nice workout and very challenging. Did it 2x in 3 days.I'll purchase a 15 & 25 kettlebell for more range of weights. Thanks for putting together a ice full body workout. Next up is the 45 min kettlebell workout!

I've stumbled upon this video a couple months ago and have been doing this work out 3-4 times a week (sometimes just the 15min version) with a mile run afterward if I have the energy, and I've never been stronger in the 24 years of my life. I am losing weight and gaining muscle. Thank you guys so much!

I have been following you both for the last month doing all the Hit workouts I can find that are 30-40mins long because I have a 10month old baby and when I tell you.. my body has changed so much!! I mean I'm always dripping sweat from head to toe!! and I love Claudia she helps me when I can't keep up with Coach.. lol.. but I enjoy working out with you both every morning!!! thank you and keep the videos coming !!!!

Hey guys, I just searched online a 30 minute kettle bell workout and this showed up. It was great! I love how you mixed up the legs and the arms so that one particular part of the body was not getting tired and it felt like it was achievable. One of the most brutal HIIT routines I['ve ever done. I think this might be at least 25 mins of working out, while others only work for 15 mins and have the other 15 mins just purely resting. Definitely pushed myself with this one. Great routine guys!

Still Love this Workout after more than 10 Months and Still Groaning
I have used this HIIT KB workout for more than 10 months and it's still challenging. The video is so much worth your time to work out with. It makes me much stronger and much fitter. Thanks for sharing this video with us. I encourage everyone, even those after 50, to do this. I am a prime example of one that falls in that category. Believe me, you would feel much better all around. Personally, I do this at least twice a week. I would continue to do this until I can't.

Stumbled across your videos after following along with a few other TH-cam workouts. This is now my go to kettlebell routine. When I'm feeling more energetic the 750cal workout is amazing too although very punishing in a good way! We need more of these videos but thank you for what we already have!

I stumbled across the HASfit workouts on TH-cam looking for beginner exercises. I’m 50, 5’2”, and weigh 217 lbs. I’ve been on Weight Watchers since August 2017 with a starting weight of 254 lbs. These are great workouts! I never thought I could ever incorporate squats into my workouts, but you have taught me how to do it without hurting my knees. I love how you allow me to be able modify the harder moves. I love that you incorporate the efficient moves to work more than one muscle groups at one time. I plan to use HASfit for my exercising for all of my weight loss journey and for maintenance. You guys have helped me so much and continue to make this reluctant exerciser loo forward to working out.

I jus t purchased 3 kettlebells. Two 15lbs , one 35. I'm 5"10 165 lbs and pretty fit. This is a nice workout and very challenging. Did it 2x in 3 days.I'll purchase a 15 & 25 kettlebell for more range of weights. Thanks for putting together a ice full body workout. Next up is the 45 min kettlebell workout!
