    Interesting to see considering QRFS have no exemption to disregard traffic laws at any time, yet the driver of this tanker saw it appropriate to cross over double solid white lines to overtake a vehicle, travel contraflow in an oncoming lane, and then once again cross over double solid white lines to get back into the correct lane! Perhaps this footage should be forwarded to Qld Fire & Rescue and the Minister for Emergency Services and they can reinterate to their volunteers, what they can and cannot actually legally do!

    Nice catch, a risky over take, technology speaking should have turned off sirens and lights and waited for a chance to get past.

      Yes agreed, due to the fact rurals still can't break road rules Qld, you see where I'm coming from.

      @@theofficialemergencyservic7881 That I didn`t know and therefore your original comment makes perfect sense. However that begs the question...if the rural crews have to drive entirely within QLD road rules...why bother responding lights and sirens at all?
