This was my favorite watch among the group that I shot that day. Sinn packs SO much original thinking into the case that 44mm almost doesn't seem like enough. This vies with the original X-33 as my favorite pilot's watch of all time. Best, Tim
One of my favorite modern Sinn designs. I'm surprised how well it fits your wrist Tim, I thought it might be too large for me but I now ain't so sure. Worth mentioning is the fact the SZ01 movement was developed by Sinn to replicate the great readability of the legendary Lemania 5100-powered chronographs. The black Sinn 140 is also amazing!
Excellent review Tim 👍 The EZM10 is Sinn’s powerhouse of design and technology. As a EZM9, T1 & T1B owner, nobody does titanium like Sinn. All three are over a year old and still look brand new. The tegimented titanium is extremely scratch resistant.
I don't know how many times I've watched this. I have an EZM 3, but this keeps screaming my name. Let's just say it's on the list. As always, great review Tim!
How has the steel held up to wear on your EZM3? I’m looking into getting a Sinn, and I like everything about the EZM3 except the lack of tegimented case/bracelet.
@@sealevelbear Very well, but it's not damage proof and I had to tighten the spring pressure on the bezel to keep it from popping off if it slams into something. I damaged the bezel during a road run wearing it on the inside of my wrist when I avoided an oncoming car and dodged a pedestrian lost my footing, rolled on the pavement left palm down. It's a battle scar.
Is there a Sinn watch with these dial specs, a countdown timer bezel, the 60 minute stopwatch, 12 hour chrono dial, left side buttons, but with the shape and styling of the EZM 13? I can't seem to find any information out there, thanks.
Dimodell in Germany makes the factory strap. Two different sizes. Short and long. Advantageous option for people with small wrists. Yes, it is leather. It is also waterproof up to 100 meters.
Tim I noticed that this and other recent uploads are not on the website (Big blue for example). What’s the interval normally between TH-cam promotion and loading on the “shop”?
Beautiful watch. If I buy a chronograph, I WANT it to be BIG like this. If I had one of those 39-41mm "luxury" chronographs, I'd only use it to "demonstrate" to someone how the watch works. This one, I'd actually use in the "field." You left out your usual info about column wheels and clutches. (Or I missed it.) Does this watch movement have the top features?
highnrising it is the bulletproof 7750 movement heavily modified by Sinn. Although the modification has practically made it their own, anyone will be able to work on it now or in the future. This company means business.
