Thanks man, the Original Seers are still available at many online magic stores (a quick search for "The Seers Playing cards" will bring them up). Its a shame you can't get the V2s but don't worry, we will continue to release decks in the future.@@jestersage44
Hey, I'm the guy behind AZOTE cards, thank you so much Chris for the support, I have been watching your vids since the really beginning! Also, thanks guys for your support on Kickstarter! Together, make it happen ❤️
5:07 “I guess I’m attracted to the black and white design”..... he said in a black and white kitchen, wearing a black and white hoodie + black and white SnapBack, drinking (probably black) coffee out of a black and white coffee mug
Chris! My friend Jason made the Seers Aspectu deck! Although I wasn't personally involved in the project, it's great to see that you like them, and the exposure will be great for helping fund them! Thank you for your positive reviews!
Chris Ramsay For sure! Pandrea, Asad, Dave Buck and Andrei Jikh will be featured handling the deck on my video. Should be fun! Or you can Just say the word and I’ll head up to Canada to collab!
I think he should do more of these videos. They’re great for the community. Even if he doesn’t back any of the cards himself, it gives the cards exposure which is all that they really need. Plus, I love watching them!
You're a HUGE inspiration to me, the way you teach and perform are just jaw dropping and so well done. I just picked up 2 books and gonna get some virtuoso cards, looking forward to start picking up magic!
Love that folks are seeing their projects here and coming over to show some love in return! Great community. And yeah, for sure, I'd definitely love to see more!

Can't say I know what a good deck feels like or even looks like but I've been watching your videos for a while and have picked up on some awesome tricks and thankfully your videos have made my interest in magic grow which helped me quit drinking by distracting my mind from worries and stuff with a much better distraction so thank you so much for helping me with my tricks and keeping my mind occupied. Your videos are the best so please keep it up!
nathan partin if u like the way something looks, well then, that’s all that matters. Its opinion man. There’s no right or wrong. And some cards just really feel cheap & handle horribly. Whereas any USPCC (Bicycle, Tally-Ho, Theory11, etc) Deck always are quality & handle great & are great for magic & performance.
I would definitely watch this as a regular thing! It's fun to see the variety of decks and hear different opinions on them. Looking forward to the unboxing!
Dude I don't know how I haven't heard of your channel before 1am this morning, but I'm glad I get stuck in this youtube deep dives because I'm subscribed and loving your content. Always stoked to support a fellow Canadian as well. Might have to buy some merch, but shipping to Australia is hectic. Keep up the good work bro.
Just want to thankyou for the awsome vids my son loves watching them and it gives us father and son chill time together and I thank you for that he also has gotten so into magic card tricks wanting to learn and doing puzzles constantly so thank you again.
Congrats on trending. Its also refreshing to hear what you look for in a deck with your professional opinion. Thanks for the vid and have a great day man
I'd really dig seeing more of these... I have been down the KS rabbit-hole quite a bit in the last 6 months for cards, and I really enjoyed hearing your opinions...
The Seers Aspectu are fresh. That eye and hurricane look with the water feel - yep a must-have for me ** Fun fact Aspectu is Latin "behold, see; catch sight of" Thank you, Chris, Appreciate ya to the fullest for all of your content and love you give to us all. you are a rare find!
I had my first deck successfully funded on kickstarter a few months ago, VICE playing cards, and our second deck is under production right now, absolute dream come true. To anyone wanting to design a deck, don’t stop if you fail the first time, if your consistent and active in the community, your dream will come true as well ❤️
I really love these videos. I had absolutely no interest in playing cards or magic at all. Once I started watching your videos I couldn't even shuffle a deck. Now I've got the hand of quite a few intermediate tricks, and I own 15 decks. It really amazes me how much you've influenced me.
Love this kickstarter video. You should do more. Im going to support one on kickstarter now too and found a couple other decks I really liked on there.
Hi Chris, I got started into card collecting thanks to your vids, and I've really liked the Cartimundi B9 finish cards, They seem to hold up longer than bikes, and they're usually well priced, (you can get the green Keepers deck reloads under $5) I like them especially as they are not prone to clumping. Definitely going to give the Azote deck a look.
I would definitely love to see this probably once every month. I know since I I've been buying cards from different big companies like theory11 or art of play but I've always wanted to back some smaller entrepreneurs. For a couple of different reasons; reselling those cards for a profit if they become popular enough, just to entrepreneurs was taking the path of playing cards, or just because there are a lot of playing cards out there that can be something more if they have enough of an audience.
I really liked this video. I went through kickstarter decks a couple months ago, found one deck I really liked but I also wished I knew more magicians so I could get their input on what they thought. I would love for this to be a monthly thing.
Awesome! Relaxing style, topical, supportive, and cool insights. Would be cool to see other magic related kickstarters in a non-reaction video format with a professionals eye.
Like the video a lot. Gave me some insights on what some people look for in cards, and why certain card stock matters. I think a follow up in a few months or so would be cool to see if anything made it or was changed. And also what’s new.
Hey Chris. You probably won't get to read this because you're so popular. I bloody love your channel and you. I get a a warm glow when I see your vids. Peace and Love to all in the USA from Bob in the UK. ✌️.
I'd love to see this monthly! Maybe the 15th of every month would be cool, I'm thinking about doing a Kickstarter deck myself through USPCC with a border. Nothing too crazy, with a simple and fun design.
im really feeling this type of video brother. my deck is going up on kickstarter soon...hope to see you check it out. it was you that actually got me into cardistry in the first place, so for that, thank you sir! from one canadian to another....keep dropping these dope vids! #CanadasOwn
You should do a deck review series, Super casual video to do, as someone that found your videos from the deck collection a deck review once or twice a week would be sick
Hey Chris, I don’t know if you’re going to have a deck review segment every so often, but I really enjoyed the one the other day, just some decks that caught your attention in good ways or bad, I’m really happy with the new tavern on the Green deck, I was wondering your thoughts? That’s just a suggestion on a deck you could do but, maybe occasionally throw in some deck reviews, doesn’t have to take up the whole video, but its’ your content and you’re successful so you know your formula, just something I’d like to see a little bit more of... doesn’t even have take up a whole video...cheers man!
I would love to see more of these videos! And I'm thinking about getting my own project started and I'd love some ideas and what's good quality and what isn't!!
As someone who checks Kickstarter everyday for playing cards, and backs some of the "good" decks, this was freakin hilarious. It's kinda crazy how some of the ugliest decks do crazy numbers, and some super classy ones really struggle. Cant wait to pledge for The Gentleman Wake's Parlour deck when it drops!!
Hey Chris, I just started watching your videos a few months back and I love them. I've always loved watching magic but you showing off cardistry made me fall in love with the art form. So recently I have started on the basics and trying to work myself up. After the basic cuts, basic one handed cuts and dribbles; what are some more advanced flourishes I could start learning?
I used to be USPCC only like you chris but after buying a few cartamundi decks im never going back the copag 310 decks are the best deck right out of the box, one thing that i really love is that they are 100% broken in when u take em out and the corners feel smooth and not papery like uspcc. totally respect all opinions though this is just mine 👌
You ever try the butterfly deck made by cartamundi? I hear the quality blows USPCC out of the water and it's supposed to be especially useful as a magicians tool as well as it's a marked deck in several ways.
Yes I think doing this one time a month would be great loved the video I’m just starting to get into cardistry thanks to watching your videos for over a year now started watching cause of puzzles videos cause I enjoy solving puzzles myself and now have grown to enjoy magic and cardistry allot and started practicing everyday one day hope to start doing videos myself on you tube
I have to say your jumper game is on point!! where do you get them from? ...also keep up the good work, i love the videos you are producing - really entertaining!
Hey Chris. It’s me Chris lol. I started doing card tricks because of you. Thank you for opening up this amazing world to me. Can you name 5 fundamental moves I should be learning right now? Ones I should be be practicing everyday. Right now I’m doing pinky break, shuffles, and double lifts. Also are there any tips you could give me that I could be doing with my fingers when I’m not holding a deck of cards? (Insert Joke here). Anyway truly thank you for everything. Going through a hard time and cards have saved me.
Please yes do this monthly. I'm a kickstarter addict- I actually cancelled some pledges after a lil education from you. Please for the love of god- keep doing kickstarter videos
Yo Chris! The project you funded I just bought and saw this video! I think it’s really cool that you backed an awesome product. Can you do a deck review on them please? Would love to see them. Also what did you get from them? Did u get a brick?
