Great vid! Why do they always run the chicane at the ridge? Do they think it's a little too fast and dangerous going in to that fast 1st turn left hander?
From what I heard when racing, yes they run the chicane because of the first turn when racing because of it being too dangerous. On track days sometimes they don’t run it.
@@David-bf6pl It started with track days. A friend of mine was already racing, so I went and jumped in and started racing myself. I’m guessing you are from Washington or Oregon? Here’s a link. The chicane is super fun. Its wayyy better with the chicane than without, who doesnt love more turns?
