I would have vibed with Mothica SO HARD when I was a teen. I still vibe (those backing vocals ARE FIREEEE), but I just feel like finding this band would have been one of those personality-forming experiences ♥
Mothica in Serbian means "digging tool", you know, when you want to plant some cabbage or potatoes and to prepare the soil... sometimes you have to dig very deep, and to water it... that makes this song have even deeper meaning for me.
That is a really good analogy for a lot of her music! A lot of it is about digging to the root of the issues and finding a way to encourage your own growth. I love that!
