I think that social media is the negativity that inhabits our lives. Coming out of that digital haze and being in the world FOR REAL presents a very different perspective. Let's do more of that.
Negativity has been here before the age of Internet. Most of the people will never find out where the negativity comes from to them. If you feel like social media is what brings negativity to your mind, don't use social media, and you'll be healed.
I'm a punk drummer grrrl and had my "a-ha" moment in 1978 when a little calf I met licked my face, making me realize that they were no different than a dog. I immediately stopped eating meet, transitioned to veganism and became involved in the AR movement. In the 80's I co-wrote a Ruggedy Annes tune about factory farming called "Pretty Package." I always wonder when punks aren't vegan since they should be the first to see through societal bulls**t. By the way, blackstrap molasses is also high in calcium.
I am glad they talked about therapy. I love Toby, his positivity, but it is good to hear vulnerability because sometimes hyper positivity can seem surfacey. He is a good dude ❤
Love this talk, down to earth and honest. As a scandinavian punk kid, who work sin music im so glad to see more people are adopting a healthier lifestyle and doing cold plunges. Always travel with back up food, great healthy options where you only need a kettle

Hey Rich. RFK Jr. has been in recovery for 40 years and he is all about eating healthy and intermittent fasting...a spiritual man ,he would be a very interesting guest on your show!
Some people can thrive on a Vegan, Vegetarian, or Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian ( plant based sounds too cool for school, hipster, rebranded) many people, myself included when I was vegan, tend to consume lots of seed oils, which are now being deemed as some of the most unhealthy dietary products consumed
