I enjoy "The Call of Cthulhu" and have taught it several times. However, it never gets as strong a reaction as either "Shadow over Innsmouth" or "The Colour Out of Space."
This was awesome Tim. Insightful, learned a bunch I didn’t know. Lovecraft asking others to use his words and write their own tales, and as you said organically expanding into a Meta Verse…so cool! Bravo Tim.
That's one I haven't read in forever. Every time you post one of these I want to grab it off the shelf.
Great overview Tim! It’s been too long since I’ve read these.
They hold up extremely well. If people are still reading Lovecraft 50 years from now, I won't be surprised.
It's great!
Kevin sent me here to check out your video. Brilliant! Really well done!
@@BookChatWithPat8668 Yessss! Thanks a ton, Pat! Have a very Merry Christmas!
@@secretfirebooks7894 Thanks, Tim. I hope you have a lovely Christmas too!

@PeculiarNotions Ooh boy, when I eventually do Colour Out of Space, I might have to restrain myself. That story is absolutely terrifying!

@kevintowle9665 I rediscovered my love for the Mythos this year, and it goes WAY deeper than I originally thought. It's the gift that keeps on giving!
