District Hospitals are more or less 16-20mins away from the property. There is a Gaisano Mall which is 16mins away from the property. Lots of Restos and Commercial Shops nearby.

Definately the price is due to the lot size because otherwise cannot be even close justified by the poor quality of the little pool neither by the walking closets absence or the ugly furniture
