Got my first set when I was teaching at the Academy, and have used some ever since. When I am competing (pistol) I wear custom molded inners and electronic outers...best of both worlds. I think I am on my 5th set of inners now...good stuff.
@@curtismsh9211 When I am shooting in competition most definitely. I attribute that to being required to wear double hearing protection when teaching at the Academy. It helps as well when something happens to knock your headphones/ear muffs out of place.
I’ve had custom earplugs made for me. there great . Wear them everyday at work and had them for quite a few years before I decided it was time to get a new pair but sometimes they need to be redone because the mold doesn’t come out right when they make them for some reason.
These are NOT the best earplugs by any means. We tested all those way back when in the military when working around running fighter jets all day long. These didn't work for that even a little bit. The plain old high quality pink and yellow foamies had the absolute best noise reduction under all uses.
I’ve had some since 2003, they work awesome!!!
Good noise reduction rating. I would still use muffs as well.
These are literally the best earplugs ever.

You're saying you use in ear protection, and electronic over ear hearing protection?

Got my first set at SWN this year. They are super nice!

I was like that’s cool but my state literally never has any specialists, then you said NM haha
Why not just get electronic earmuffs so that way you can still talk and hear well
Can I send my ears in for a custom set????
Link?
The shape of the right one though...
What??? 👂I didn’t get that?
