Hi Bubu Love your Vlogs No process.food very low sweet ,low carb, lots of water , weight training ,and walking daily you have lots of hills use it ,build muscle tone and burn calories make it consistently For what I see to much Carb to much sweet. Cut back on those have a little once a week. Three healty meals a day stop eating after six. Stay with 16 hrs fasting better for maintenance .

Yaaaass! Thanks a lot. I resumed strength training and discovered some good hills to walk on. With kids, it's tough avoiding the carbs and sweets, especially when I am stressed, hardly have time to eat properly or just seeing dem kids indulging, while I chew on carrots. Hahaha. But I am trying my best.
