HHH DG Heat Press

This is a maintenance video for fancierstudio dg heat press. Sometimes when you turn on heat press and getting the HHH showing on temperature controller and beeping won’t stop. This most likely is a loose wire on temperature controller. This happen due to shipping when heat press is improperly handled. This video will show you how to fix this.
Turn machine off open back panel with screwdriver. check for loose wires. Check to see if the green plug is loose. If it’s loose plug it back in make sure to plug it in secure and tight. Then turn machine back on the beeping sound should stop and HHH gone there you go. HHH is due to loose wire just make sure check wires are plug in securely this will resolve it.

Mine doesnt have the green plug and it still is not working after I looked and noticed no loose wires, also says LLL. Anything else to try?

Does anyone have this EXACT Heat Press?
There's a Black, Red and White Wires connected to a White Plug that sits opposite to the Green Plug(The one that was Loose in the video) on circuit board.
From there, where does that Black Wire go to?
I can make out the Black Wire in the video, @0:30, but not were it goes.
Please. I need some help.
