Let's be honest like who would have the idea to do this? Because removing the collar affects the performance because the collar is just one part of the boot when removing them it will feel loose on your feet so what is the point of doing this?

I have worn my superflys almost everyday for six months and the collars still give me nasty blisters. So even though I wouldn’t do this, I get why someone would

the collar on my superfly 4s got cut by a tackle after a few months so im gonna cut them. this is helpful

In retrospect of watching this video, I think I would probably make sure it's a nice circular cut to make it look more professional then stitch up in the end.
