I need this! I’ve recently realised that that many of my problems derive from poor impulse control across many different issues, like shopping, eating bad food, avoiding exercise to veg out, even oversharing things I should keep private, etc. The concept of ‘self parenting’ is really helpful, thank you 🙏 ✨

This is extremely helpful, and I really like that you use the word 'temptation,' instead of 'addiction.' I honestly wouldn't even have clicked on this if it said addiction because I don't see myself as a person with an addiction but now that I watch the video . . .lol. Clearly I struggle with temptation! Thank you for this video it is really just good advice. Especially the part about asking yourself if you want to destroy what you already have, or you're children's future. Thank you!

Thank you for this video. I stopped going to the casino. I fooled myself by going there. Trying to stop NY lottery too. I am in dire straits with no job at the moment. Hopefully soon I will get one. Right now I have cabin fever. No entertainment 6 days in a row I have been sitting in the apartment sitting at lap top shooting resumes’ this month I did 102. I need a drink. Just kidding. You rock.
