In my opinion, you are too generous with your boneyard qualifications. Most of your boneyards in your videos will still sell at normal price as long as the content is safe.
You may think that but believe me there are a lot of people that would complain about it even the smallest dent look at amazon reviews on some kits. I'm not saying I would personally but I definitely appreciate the amount of care they put in! trust me it goes such a long way.
I've said it before, and it's probably an unpopular opinion, that small dents on the bottom of the box are nothing to care about. Heck, small dents on the bottom corners aren't a big deal either to me. We buy a model kit for the kit, not the box, and unless its badly crushed, or has caused damage to the kit itself, most of these "dents" are so minor that it's not really necessary to boneyard. But I do commend you for striving to ship the best possible products!
Some people like pristine boxes because they like to display the kit with the box. Honestly I think if a box only is damage then list it as damaged box so people can pick, but don't discount as boneyard unless the contents are missing or damaged imo.
Great vid once again. I'm seeing a lot of stuff I want and it's not on the website. MG Eclipse, Mandalorian, 30 minute mission sisters and many more. Hopefully everything becomes available soon.
I was thinking you guys could implement a grading system for boneyard items. Like, if the box is just a little dent up, grade B If the box is completely misshapen, grade C Water damage? Slap that bad boy with a grade D The lower the grade (with B being the highest) the higher the discount.
I would keep the boneyard but forget about discounts. That way those that collect the box art know not to by from that part of the store. As long as there's nothing wrong with the actual kit of course. Anyone buying from the boneyard also knows that the box has issues. Just my two cents of course.
I agree with them your qualifications for boneyard are very generous some of the dents have not affected the kits but I have to commend you because I can tell that you look out for the collector as a whole because I am one of those collectors that cares about the boxes even though I would buy from the boneyard I still would prefer a nice box
In my opinion, it can be sold as normal product as long as internal components are not harm. I received a MG Unicorn Perfectibility with major dent. Seller claimed it is originally in such condition. And I paid full price for it.
Having worked somewhere that uses 3-4 pallets of these boxes on a good day, I can believe you're going through all these easily. Now if I could catch the boneyard when they open up...
Some people do like to use the box art to hang on there wall but a little box damage on the bottom or sides is ok as long as the parts are fine . That's my thoughts anyway
Looking at those damaged boxes and my own order that just arrived, it's a hefty reminder that shippers really just don't care. My RG GP01 and Cup Noodle kits were imploded on one side from someone hammering the side of the box in after it left Pat & Amy's hands. Thankfully it's just the boxes damaged and not more.
First time watching your channel and love it. Awesome business to be in if I do say so myself. Not sure if I could contain myself with wanting to build one of each. Awesome vids. 👍
When you mentioned that you're not going to sell the Eclipse until you get more stock, how long are we looking at? You mentioned "soon" on Instagram 3 days ago. So, not soon?
Question do you guys send out worldwide or internationally because I just got recommended this video and the fact that I'm seeing all these gundams kits and all the random other Gundam kits and I just checked your guys's website out I'm kind of curious because I might actually want to buy from you just until I get money
Anyone else notice that the average price of models is higher than competitors by a small margin? I feel it’s due to all the boneyard boxes and pat needs to make up for the losses?
isnt anything the shipping do about taking better care of the skids? its a whole lot of money you are losing right there :/ also, at least for some of us(have read some comments) i dont consider some of the dented boxes as boneyard, i think at least the front of the box is intact, i consider a good to go, as always awesome vid!
That sucks you guys received that much of damaged inventory. Honestly, Bandai should just (at least) put a thin layer of cardboard around the perimeter of the inside of the boxes to drastically reduce the chances of the boxes arriving mangled like that. 10:25 LUNCH TIME! 😂 34:16 Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha 😂
@xxnike629xx It really breaks your heart seeing the kits' *BOXES* being damaged like that, right? After all, you only care about the *BOXES* ... Thanks to you still being *REKT* by your *COWARDICE* towards building a kit again 😂 PS1 In other news, you're still doing _ill-wishes_ for UC stuffs to be released as P-Bandai, eh? Seems like you have a death wish (knocks on wood, since I hope it's not the case) or something... 😂😂 PS2 In other more news, still waiting for you to speak about my HGUC kit being *NOT* a P-Bandai. Hope you'll gonna... Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! Do it! huehuehuehuehue

I agree. If the box has not been compromised, for example, ripped or crushed to where the contents are damaged. I would not put it in the boneyard.

@@johno7370 I agree completely.
Exactly, we buy the kit for the kit. I'veno space to display the box, cool artwork or otherwise.
11:15 "We're going to take all the Eclipses out and put them on this table" Cuts to Amy doing it herself. :p
Those dents on boxes shouldn't be considered as damaged for sales instead just sell them for retail to save up on shipping costs.

The lower the grade (with B being the highest) the higher the discount.
Good idea, you guys work hard enough to let random box damage eat into your margins.
Quit giving Amy a hard time or you're gonna regret it pal.
Seeing so many kits I want now has me checking every few hours so I don't miss the drop. Also nice video as always and keep up the good work.
Pat safety first, when you hand Amy the box cutter should retreat the knife itself, so she won't get hurts or cut. Love ya videos, make more please. 😀

You should have titled this the Boneyard Chronicles lol.

check your Zaft MS kits for water damage.. some of them might be sweating now that Lacus has arrived in the warehouse!
When you mentioned that you're not going to sell the Eclipse until you get more stock, how long are we looking at? You mentioned "soon" on Instagram 3 days ago. So, not soon?
I feel bad for all kits in the boneyard 😔
RIP all those boneyard kits
i think what ever stock arrived - keep on website ASAP - or ppl will find somewhere else especially for new released gundam..
*Sees lots of eclipse gundams*
Me: it's an eclipse..
Late to the video! I was at the beach!! Always enjoy watching you guys!!
I mean even if the box was a little damaged I’d still buy one to be honest
Seeing so many MG Eclipse Gundam and I can't buy it because I live in Germany T__T
If it's any consolation, I live in Canada and I haven't been able to buy one either.
Thank you for the shout out.
Will you be shipping the damaged kits? I like buying boneyards and such to restore them.
One day Amy is going to get her own back. Pat watch your back......
u have so many gundam in my country is limited edition...always preorder and waiting like weeks/months
Question do you guys send out worldwide or internationally because I just got recommended this video and the fact that I'm seeing all these gundams kits and all the random other Gundam kits and I just checked your guys's website out I'm kind of curious because I might actually want to buy from you just until I get money
i noticed a PG wing zero custom on the shelf wish it was in the store so i could buy it lol
Small dents I wouldn't consider a big deal, but a large dent might deserve to be boneyard.
Sick!! You have MG Eclipse stock!
When do you add things to the boneyard been looking but never see anything new on there
Pat, you are an evil, evil man. You show me that Linkin Park Gundam at the end of the video, but I still cannot see it on the sight. You are a tease.
how about the RG hi nu gundam? when will be coming?
Anyone else notice that the average price of models is higher than competitors by a small margin? I feel it’s due to all the boneyard boxes and pat needs to make up for the losses?
His shipping is less and service is better. All comes out in the wash
Vcs enviam para o Brasil ?
Eclipse's will sell quick.
Man I never catch the boneyard deals! How can I find out when the website gets updated? I would like an eclipse gundam please!!!
isnt anything the shipping do about taking better care of the skids? its a whole lot of money you are losing right there :/

*cries in broke*
