Didn't know steel bell ALP-46s still were out there. Nice catch!

That looks like a deadhead car for long distance service out of NYC. It's got new wheelsets so it's probably fresh out of the shop.

Omg they still have Comet IV’s?
Solid sets of Comet V's only run on the Hoboken diesel lines. Single-level loco-hauled trains everywhere else are a Comet V cab and then a mix of Comet IVs and IIM's, all of which are very much showing their age.
