I can't stand how she just ignored the woman saying hello and then concluded that the woman was poor. No respect or manners. And the man was no better. How do they know what she can afford without even having a conversation with her. So rude
That is because Florence has top class, style, and finesse, you would want to expect from Annabel. Mr. Frank should have set a better example than the one he demonstrated in the reception lounge.

I thought in Africa young people respected older people. I watch a lot of videos from Africa, and they are so rude. I visited Kenya 6 years ago, and people were so nice and respected to seniors. My husband and I are seniors, and we still have great relationships with the people we have met.

I agree with getting rid of the Receptionist; however, she should give Mr. Frank a warning and allow him to continue his employment with the company.
One issue I have with the video is that the brochures were clearly seen for a few seconds, and it was definitely not expensive properties shown or any type of real estate. For me that took away from the video; however, overall, I like the story.
