The purpose of a secretary of any company is to greet people and treat them with the utmost respect!; no matter how they look! Where does girlie get off disrespecting someone she doesn’t EVEN know! I have seen this so often in society...ppl always put forth their best whenever they come to look the job, but as soon as they are in all that lovely attitude slips through the window...I believe more effort can to done for staff members ro have regular seminars that will constantly refreshed their work duties.

In my school we had a secretary who sometimes was very nice, the nicest woman on earth, and sometimes she was the meanest woman in the world. It all came down to how stressed out she was at work that day, so we also have that to consider.
