Yayyy another vlog!! I’m sorry you’re having some ups and downs though. I have been struggling with my anxiety a lot this year and finally decided to see a therapist. I’m nervous about going to therapy but hopefully it’ll be good for me! It was also my birthday this week so I treated myself to some nice things and had a nice meal out! I’m also really happy that you started streaming again and posting them on TH-cam!!
I’m so proud to hear that you’ve decided to seek help!! This is honestly such an important step and definitely not easy, I went through that exact same situation when I got diagnosed with depression. It was hard but seeking help is so important 💖 I’m sure you will be doing better!! Also happy belated birthday 🥳 learning to spend time by yourself and treating yourself if so important!! I hope you had a wonderful time 🥺 I’m so excited to start to stream more!! I bought a whole streaming set and some games I wanna play too 🥺

Mir gefällt der Stil des Vlogs richtig gut. Indem du erzählst oder man die Hintergrundgeräusche hört, wirkt es "lebendiger". Ich mochte das bereits sehr, wenn du auf japanisch berichtet hast. Englisch finde ich auch supi. :) Lieben Dank, dass du uns diese Woche wieder mitgenommen hast.
