Ohh my... you are my absolute favorite artist. I can’t tell you how many times I rewatch your journal flip throughs. I even watch them when I can’t sleep. They’re so...ethereal. Yes, ethereal! If I could describe your art in one word, that’s what it would have to be.
You create journals full of small masterpieces that are stunning in every way. They’re inspiring, an escape..a dream. The colors, themes, paintings and my favorite...the lovely variety of sheer textures. Even the sound of your journals as you rub your hand over it is soothing. I have fallen in love with your work. All the fragile textures, tissue paper, silks, velum, encaustic....all the transparency you use and create are sheer perfection. I have almost the identical materials, which I’ve hoarded, in my stash. I’ve never managed to put them to use in a way that satisfies me. You have helped me more than you know to break into my trunk of vintage ephemera and be able to finally create something as lovely as the materials I’m using! I can not thank you enough.

My husband collects stamps and coins and he gives me whatever he won't use. I use it on Junk Journals or on mixed media. I live how you use them as tags!! Great idea!
You always have unique and highly artistic interpretations on your journals. I would *LOVE* to see a tutorial on how you paint over the Graphic Fairy images!!! Do you use a resist to not cover certain areas? How are you getting the grungy edges. Would LOVE a tutorial of painting through waxing of your work!!!
