Kinda late to th party but my EC Carb axle kit will be here by next weekend. Getting the speed up kit from roms rework also. Can't freaking wait to hook it up. Spun by a 16hp vanguard it should be fun. I'll try your tip. New sub.
Update, my locker is still holding up more than a year later with very little wear, best money I've spent so far, I have the roms 8:1 final drive as well

i have asked many ppl on yt but no one knows. how much horsepower can a peerless 820 take before failing ? thx in advance.
There's racers out there pushing +50hp, any stock engine you find won't kill it
